I would like to give them a good review, especially being that I am a current tenant of theirs, unfortunately that is not the case. Having been in property management most of my life I feel my review and criticism is justified. We have been renting a home through them for just over a year, having renewed our current lease in March of this year. Up until this past week everything was good, however then our A/C went out. It has now been over a week and it still is not repaired, despite several calls, numerous voice messages. I neither have received call backs or a definitive answer as to when it will be repaired. The lack of follow through and complete ignorance is astounding. In my business when someone in one of our rental homes A/C went out, if we could not fix same day, we had a portable unit brought in and setup in the interim. I doubt we will renew after this incident, which is unfortunate for both parties, we pay on time every month and take very good care of the home, this is our first call for service and up until this point we have addressed all issues ourselves.

Working with Kim at RE/MAX was the greatest! She was extremely helpful from showing us our rental all the way through signing the lease. She was always there when I emailed her any questions I had. When signing the lease she took the time to walk us through everything and give us tips on our new property since this was our first time dealing directly with an owner instead of a property management company. She assured us even though RE/MAX would be stepping out as they were only finding the tenant, that we could always reach out to her when we needed it. The cherry on top was the sweet "Welcome Home" basket she put together that was in our kitchen on the day we received the keys to our new home- including a handwritten thank you note. Thank you Kim for all that you did for us! Its hard to find such excellent customer service these days and RE/MAX should be proud to have you on the team.

The ladies who work in the office do a fine job, but the actual property management is horrible. I have owned several rental properties, but always ran them myself. I did not realize how great we were as landlords until I used this property management company as a renter. I would be livid if my tenants were treated the way we were. We Br oke the lease early and paid penalty even though we loved the house just to get away from them. They cut corners and play double agent pitting owners against renters. Very sad.

Re/MAX Signature on Williamson Blvd is the leasing company that manages the house that my wife and I rented before we bought our own house. I have nothing but good things to say about them and the people that work there. They have tended to my needs quickly and effectively each time Ive needed them. I have been especially impressed with their maintenance department. The response time each time I have submitted a maintenance request has been extremely fast and the work gets done right the first time, every time.
