I WAS FORCED TO GIVE A ONE STAR RATING BUT WOULD RATHER GIVE NONE! This was so bad that I am posting a review for the first time! This was the worse experience with a realtor that I have ever had. I am in the military and transferred to the Orlando area last year. I went with a rental property and came in from out of town to meet with the agent to look at the house. The utilities were out on the house and the agent told me the other tenant had just moved out the day before. She assured me the house would be cleaned and ready for move in immediately. I trusted what she said and ended up doing all the paperwork via email since I had to report back to my command. On the day I went to pick up the keys, my agent was not at her office although she knew I was going to be there. I ended up waiting for only about 30 minutes but I was very impatient after traveling for three days to get to Orlando. Nonetheless, I arrived at the house, with my family, to find the house not clean and still needing maintenance. I submitted a huge, detailed list of things that needed to be addressed to the agent. I also emailed/text her several pictures. She came to the house so we could point out all the problems (like the roach feces in the kitchen cabinets, torn up flooring in the laundry room and I even told her that the carpet needed to be replaced but I knew I was asking for a lot) and she was overwhelmed and started crying. She kept saying that she did not think the owner would take care of anything. I told her that was unacceptable. It was such a challenge to get these things fixed and most of them were never fixed. The yard/landscape needed to be weeded (which the agent pointed out during the original meeting and specifically said that it would be done). My husband and I ended up taking care of most of it. We purchased a house before the end of our lease because the rental was disgusting. We moved out, leaving the house in better shape than we received it and notified Remax (our original agent was no longer with the company). We were referred to the new agent and she said she would have no problem getting a new renter and we would be out of the lease. We sent her receipts for the carpet cleaning and professional lawn service. Well, we ended up paying for two months of rent on a house we were not living in. My husband continued to follow-up with her and she was screening his calls and not returning his calls. One day (out of the blue) someone from ReMax called my husband asking questions. Apparently, she was another new agent. She would not really tell my husband anything that was going on. He had to pry information out of her. Come to find out, they had new tenants for the house. He asked when they were moving in (because she was not offering any information) and it was in two days. We still had the utilities on. ReMax was not offering to pro-rate the rent we had already paid either and they charged us for carpet cleaning because the previous agent never turned over the receipts we sent her. We were told to get our money back from the carpet cleaning company even though we told her we would send her the receipts. I could not believe it! This was the worst customer service ever! I really feel bad for whoever moved into the house and for anyone else using ReMax Rental Services. They do not care about their clients! All they care about is the money! Currently, we are still waiting for a refund check from ReMax. I wonder if we will ever get it...

I was moving from another state and looking for someone to help who knew the area and would help find me a home when I might not be able to come and look as a single mom. I did get to look at one house by facetime. Since I could not be there I asked the Remax realtor, Christina, her opinion on the house. She said it was a beautiful house. I bought the house and have been here two months and I would never put anyone I know in this house. It needs a new roof, new ac unit, the floors are coming up, the back sliding lass door did not lock. I am very disappointed in the fact that someone whose job is to look out for their customers best interest thought this was a great home for a single mom. This is a handy man special and I am pouring money into it that I dont have. One of my options that I have now is to sell it and lose all the money I already put into it - I would never recommend this office to anyone moving to Florida from out of state.

My wife and I just closed on the sale of our home listed with Tim Callihan. Tim was excellent to work with, he was very professional and anything but lazy. He was readily available whenever I needed to ask a question and was very helpful and friendly. We received multiple offers quickly and were in contract within 3 days of listing the property!!! The entire process was outstanding and I felt the presence of a team working with us to help us from start to finish. Thank you Tim and team for getting our house sold so quickly and easily!

My husband and I have had such a horrible experience with this group. Italo Rojas had no motivation at all to sell us a home. He has no communication skills, he was late, and lazy. I really expected more out of someone who regularly dealt with families coming from out of state. We wasted a whole trip coming to look at homes with him, because we only went and saw ONE! I was not impressed at all and dont advise anyone using him as your realtor unless you like someone who is incompetent.
