It was amazing! We had tried to sell our house the year before, and had a terrible experience with another broker. We had an offer that we did not feel good about... it turned into a really bad experience and financing became an issue and the house went back on the market and well long story short we were absolutely disgusted. We decided to try again the next year and went with Stephen Cooley... what a breath of fresh air, our agent listened to us, told us the market, listened to the nightmare from the year before and when we had multiple offers guided us to pick the one that would work for us and would prevent a nightmare from happening again. I cant say enough about Stephen Cooley Real Estate. They held my hand throughout all of it and honestly that was what I needed after the year before... I wish I had used them to buy another house!

Melissa Starnes is absolutely WONDERFUL! Our house was live for seriously SIX hours and was sold. She was very very prompt with getting back to us with responses and listings that met our want/needs. When our dream home went live, Melissa went above and beyond getting us in for a walk thru at the first available showing. She was very thorough about everything involving the selling and buying process. And made it such a smooth process. Selling my home and the buyers were using a Stephen Cooley agent. This agent failed to follow up on the appraisal. This resulted in the closing date being pushed further out and a fee of $700 to hold our rate on the home we were purchasing. In a nutshell, our agent had to put in several hours (5+ hours) and multiple phone calls to the buyers lender to get everything back on track. The Stephen Cooley agent wouldnt do this for her own client. This is a lackluster attitude. Im so thankful to my agent who went above and beyond to ensure that the sale went through.

Nate helped us a lot and was great to work with. I recommend him to anyone... especially younger people buying their first home. I was pleased that we were able to use the moving van provided by the company. That saved us $60-$200 in truck rental costs. The ability to sign papers virtually made our home-buying process go very smoothly, even when changes needed to be made. Horribly unprofessional. I was using an Allen Tate realtor to purchase a home listed through his "team."
