I worked with John Bolos - Century 21 about (2) years ago. Let me tell you, it was great experience. At the time I was trying to sell my home, with another agency, with no success. At the same time I was also looking for a new home. When John came onto the scene, I had been trying to sell my place for about (3) months, with no success. We had a few showings, but no offers. I saw Johns listings online and was impressed by the reviews, so I figured Id give him a try. After several showings we had an offer and closed shortly thereafter. Next, John helped to find me a new home. Once I found it, he assisted me with the many questions I had about the whole process, all the time being patient and assessable. I would highly recommend his agency for anyone wanting to sell or buy a home. They are professional, knowledgeable and a great tem to work with. In short they are AWESOME!

We purchased a house in January of 2014 through John Bolos and he was excellent. We were moving to the area from another state and he made time to meet with us and show us homes on the one weekend we had to visit. He also helped to expedite the process for us as my husbands company transferred him rather quickly and he was having to drive back and forth to NC each day until we were able to close on the home and move in. He also checked in with us after the move to see how things were going. We would definitely use him again and recommend him to others!

Roger Hawkins at Century 21 J. Bolos helped my finace and I purchase our first home. I cannot even describe how incredibly helpful he was through the entire process. We went through almost a year long process to get into our dream home and Roger was there every step of the way to help us out. This is the worst company I have ever rented from. I am a good tenant and pay my rent on time. I have lived in their property since October 2016 and have asked for a maintenance person from day one and have been told I would be added to the list and have e never seen anyone. I asked for someone to come out to look at a pool pump and was told the only way they would fix anything is if I renewed my lease after they raise the rent 700 a month. They are a ripoff and just a horrible company

I recently purchased a home for my two daughters to live in while attending USC. As I do not live in the Columbia I depended deeply on Johns advice. John was fantastic through the whole process. He was right on with every decision and continued to impress throughout the process. I cannot begin to tell you how stressful it can be to go through a purchase from afar but John made it feel easy. I cannot recommend John enough. Dont hesitate!
