If I could give a no star I would, my husband and I bought our first house, I asked her over and over if our mortgage payments would show up on our credit since it was a personal finance and we werent getting a bank to finance for us, she said yes, I was assured that it would. Which is the ONLY reason why my husband and I decided to buy the house, it was a good price and a good way to build our credit, since we had none. Its been 4 years, my husband and I are about to hit 30, and we found out this past year after checking on our credit, at 28/29 years of age, we have NO credit still. absolutely none of our payments show up on it. I called the Barnett group to ask what was going on because she assured me that it would show up... She only replied with basically calling us a liar telling us she would have never told us it would show up on our credit. BULL, I remember that day perfectly, I remember asking over and over, it was the ONLY time I have ever bought a house, I am sure she doesnt even remember us with how she stated "I would have never told you that", heck it took us calling her office multiple times a day for several days for her to reply to us. She even told us shed give us a welcome tree for our house when we moved in, never received that either. There are many things I remember perfectly in my life, when my children were born, when I got married, the first time I bought my own car, and when my husband and I bought our first home. I know for a fact she told us it would go on our credit, or else I would have wanted to continue looking. why would I want to be 30 and have absolutely NO credit?

The worst real estate company I have ever dealt with we rented a house through them and they have not fixed anything that has to do at the house all they ever do is hang up on us and treat us like crap they are the worst and most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with

They are terrible they wont fix anything wrong with the house that they are renting me and I have to wash my babys bottles and my babies with bottled water because they wont fix the water its brown
