This Company is sketchy. The owner Heath sends his employees out to take pictures of homes that are not doing business with them. We caught a woman taking pictures of our home twice. Both times confronted her. Both times the woman was very rude and ignorant and did not want to disclose anything on why she was taking pictures of my home. Finally after I caused a scene on my street in front of my neighbors the lady told me my home was probably in foreclosure. Its NOT. Then the lady said well maybe youre taken out a mortgage or an equity loan. Hmmm. I have owned my home for 20 years you would think if I was doing something I would have been the first to know. But NO we are not doing anything at all. Then the woman said well it might be fraud. If Im telling her the truth then its probably fraud right. You would have thought the owner would have contacted us after a police report was filed on a woman taking pictures of our home for no reason if it was a mistake or if it was a fraud case. But Nothing. Nothing at all. I have children with disabilities and I take care of my 67 year old mother . This company has caused frustration and anger and stress. They should not be allowed to be out taking pictures of peoples homes if you are not doing business with them also you do not have the homeowners approval to take such pictures. What are you planning to do with the pictures of my home advertise it on Craigslist for sale? advertising on Craigslist for rent? My home is not for rent nor is it for sale. Again I have filed a police report against this company. A phone call was placed the very next day to speak to this owner Heath he never returned our phone calls at all. I am going to get to the bottom of this one way or another . A police report was filed through Rockledge Police Department immediately. A hold has been put on everything my credit cards my bank accounts you name it. And why because a owner cannot take the time to call somebody back and reassure them that either it was a mistake or tell them why youre out taking pictures of peoples properties. The lady that was sent to my house the first time Park Two Doors Down backed into a driveway so her tag could not be seen. The second time she was caught she parked behind my husbands work vehicle so we couldnt see her car. Why ? And why be so rude and ignorant?

DO NOT do business with this company. They tell you they will show up to show you a property and dont, then 2 hours later showed up calling you asking why you arent there. It appeared that the woman was just trying to break into the property because she sat there for 30 minutes trying to unlock the key box. Once inside she could not answer a single question about the property not even "how many bedrooms". After taking my application fee we didnt hear anything for 2 weeks until we got a new email saying sign this additional document. Another week passes then I was asked for a lot more financial records. Then 5 days later received a letter of insufficient income, mind you I make 3.5x the rent. 3 emails to there office 3 day of no response do I go to their office. The woman I normally talk to was not there and I spoke with their secondary secretary. After about 4 minutes she begins yelling and being irate saying she never let me in the office (open door which I even knocked on), so I began recording her. She called another employee in for them to call the police on me, the new employee took me into the other office and politely listened to everything I said and told me the owner would call me. Today almost a month later I receive a call from Mr. Mohler (which right from the start I recorded) who began screaming saying I had threatened his employees, and he no longer has to answer any questions. I will be filling charges against this company for fraud, discrimination and slander. We were desperate and overlooked so many red flags dont make the same mistake!

- Horrible communication - Horrible management of own employees - Little to no knowledge of properties - Rude, disinterested phone operator - Will do anything to avoid talking on phone, emails only - Slow to do literally anything - Does not keep homeowners in the loop - It took almost 4 hours with an appt to see a rental because of mismanagement - Took a month to process an application - Denied based on income when applying for a restricted income home with a landlord who has multiple voucher-based properties, IE, lied and denied us due to their mismanagement This is the worst property management company Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Id advise all landlords and renters to avoid this place at all costs. They will mismanage your property and keep it in limbo. EDIT: We tried to follow-up with them. They refused our calls and emails and when we visited and were told to come into the office, the woman saw who it was and began screaming bloody murder. Said she saw the calls and emails, didnt we get it that they dont want to talk to us, we cant have our money back (which we didnt ask for), the deal is over, etc. Another employee intervened and said shed have the owner call us. He did, and screamed at us, cussed at us, and hung up. Pathological liars and psychos.
