They COMMUNICATED any changes, foreseeable hurdles and progress. They treated us like we were family and understood how much we were investing in time and money. We felt represented when it came to negotiations. Tom was actually gathering information and scouting properties before we flew In so time was not wasted and he knew what he was doing. Rick was behind the scenes working on timelines and making sure all the boxes were checked. Customer Service is hard to come by these days but Tom and Rick performed beyond our expectations.
