We recently sold our home through PURE Realty. They initially wanted to list our property thousands of dollars below what we wanted to list it for, stating we would be lucky to get close to that price. We decided to list it for what we wanted instead, knowing it was well worth the price. We received multiple full price offers the first day it was on the market. We accepted one of the stronger full priced offers. From that moment on, there was a change in our relationship with this company. After a 3-week due diligence period, the buyer came back asking for things we were not prepared to give especially since the appraisal matched what we were selling our home for. When we didn’t take certain offers from the buyer, PURE Realty began to get frustrated with us and treated us in what we felt was a very unprofessional manner. We were consistently given attitude throughout the remainder of the experience. From the day it was listed to the end of our experience, it felt like this company was not working with us or for us. It seemed instead, they just wanted to get a deal done; a deal that only benefited the buyer, not us. To say my husband and I were disappointed with our experience with this company is a huge understatement. There is no way I would use this company again. We feel that PURE Realty is not a company that works for/with their sellers, that gives professional real estate guidance and advice, or that speaks to their clients in a calm, respectful manner.

This is a late review. I cannot say enough about Jodi and Pure Realty. They were great. Being out of state and relocating with limited time they were hands on, furnishing plenty of homes to view before we came down and they really did care for what we were seeking in a home, lifestyle, and area. And when it came to negotiating they were firm and fair in the negotiations. Established good rapport with other sales agent. More than that they are great people. Jodi, Ann and Bridget. The warmth they extended to me and my wife, the ongoing friendship and connection we developed is priceless. And they knew many contacts for help in the various aspects of moving, setting up services etc. I value them and Pure Realty

Jodi and the team at Pure did an excellent job. She was very upfront with us about the type of market our condo was in. Pure worked to get us many showing on our place. It was a very thorough and painless process from start to finish. They gave advice every step of the process, from staging the condo, to finding a house and closing.
