Purchased a home with an HM agent acting as selling agent. I will not leave a name here out of professional respect. But that person was horrible. Lots of games, very cheap, not responsive at all and didnt execute on their obligations 100% of the time. Delays at virtually every point in sales process - especially during due diligence and period up until time of closing. Expected me to forward mail to their client - and left no forwarding address. Numerous other annoyances. I know they are acting on behalf of the seller but I almost walked away from this purchase specifically due to this agents (in)actions. My opinion is that they are interested in their commission more than you or your property.

Loved the professionalism of HM Properties and realtor Heather Bonner! First time home buyer who never felt left out of any part of the process and never left her office without all my questions being answered. She follows up with every step of the way and never left me in the dark wondering what was happening! Definitely knows her stuff! Great office with friendly people!!!!

We worked with HM Properties (Scott Hartis) as we searched for our first home. Scott was nice, knowledgeable, and prompt to reply to texts, calls, or emails. He pointed out things about homes that we might not have seen and successfully negotiated with a difficult seller. I would HIGHLY recommend HM and Scott in particular.
