"Gloria Johnson" This agent is mean, disrespectful, unprofessional, rude, stuck up, know it all, hard to work with, cocky, arrogant, full of herself, and dont care about customers. All she cares about in the end is making money. She doesnt care rather you get into your dream house. My husband, baby and I were interested in a foreclosure house this agent had listed. She took us through hell and we lost out on the deal. The first time I spoke with her, she spoke badly about other potential buyers/investors offers. That wasnt our concern and was very unprofessional for her to share with us. She argumentative and difficult to work with. She make house shopping a nightmare, I would never recommend this woman to anyone. She gives real estate agents a bad name.

Completely unprofessional! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group. They posted a listing and then did not want to show the home and were evasive as to why they could not show the home. Our realtor attempted to show us the property but the specs on the listing were incorrect. The listing agent look over 4 days to return calls, emails and texts to a fellow realtor. The explanation was questionable. I would recommend going with an agency with more experience in respect and professionalism. I actually would give them Negative Stars but you cannot do that on google. Dont waste your time

I was called by a representative who hurriedly introduced herself. When I asked again who she represented, she laughed at me and said "only the biggest real estate company in Columbia. Bless your heart, you dont know what Im talking about." Incredibly unprofessional and rude. She then asked me a bunch of questions about my house and hung up without explaining why she wanted to know. I also had another agent at ERA Wilder call me 3 times with the same sales pitch. I wasnt considering using this agency anyways, but they certainly sealed the deal. Ill be sure to recommend others stay away.
