For a number of years I have used their Property Management Services to manage several of my houses in Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce and couldnt be more happy. Over the years they have provided a first class service collecting the rents, dealing with tenant issues, arranging services when required, making timely deposits, and providing easy to read accounting. One property or 100 I recommend letting Real Living All Florida Realty help manage your rental.

DISHONEST COMPANY! Dont expect to get your security deposit back. They will lie and find ways to withhold most of it. If you do rent from them, make sure you document EVERYTHING in detail when you move in, take pictures, because you will be fighting with them in the end and they lie. Better advice, use your security deposit as last months rent even though the lease says no. This is the only way you will get it back.

Terry Pate is bolth rude and does not like to work. He makes appts and never calls or shows. he lost the 3 keys i gave him. this guy is the worst property manager i have ever known. i was with them for 2 years and i loved the house but now im moveing to a house that cost 400 more and has lots of ppl near it. that should tell u how much i dont like this company. i would say stay away from them.

This company sucks . I will never work these people again once our lease is up. Management sucks, put in work orders for a few things and still havent heard anything from them. I dont recommended going though them.

They will steal your security deposit from you and you dont have any recourse. Use your security deposit as last months rent, otherwise, they wont give it back.SLEEZY company.
