I have been using Zephyr Mini Storage for a little over 2 years now and have always been treated like a friend when I would call every month to pay my bill....I had to go back to the panhandle of Fl, where I am from, to bring some more of my household items back down here and wanted to get a downsize and get a climate control unit. I called and spoke with Marnie while I was in the panhandle and she reserved one of the larger units for me since I wasnt going to be back for a few days. When I went over with the things I brought with me, Kim was able to help me. Tom and Jonathan loaded the climate control unit from my trailer and truck but that isnt all they did. They also moved the items from the original unit to the climate control one and before they did, they wiped down the leather furniture that had mildewed so it wouldnt come back on it. I got at the mini storage around 9:30 and we worked until about 2 pm, give or take a little, before we finished...if it hadnt been for them, I dont know what I would have done...I will continue to use them as my storage as long as I need one. Tom also called Habitat for Humanity to come pick up some things that I didnt want to keep. Guess how much they charged me to help me move my stuff over? Not one red cent but to show my appreciation I did tip the guys. It wasnt near what they were worth but I just wanted to show my appreciation...Thanks to everyone at Zephyr Mini Storage, they are all great... I finally got my things out of storage after almost 5 years and the folks there were just as friendly the day I was leaving as the first day I put my things in storage. I also needed to charge the batteries on my mobility scooter because after that length of time they were dead. There arent any plugs in the units but they let me put it in their shop to charge. Its very heavy and no way it could be picked up to be put on a truck. It charged up so it could be loaded onto a trailer to move. Needless to say, I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Have used Zephyr Mini Storage for the last 3 Winters to store my TT and this last year my Motorhome. The staff here have been very helpful. Would not even consider going anywhere else. They keep everything very neat, and tidy, and run a very nice operation. Have had a couple of occasions to have to go in after closing hours, and it is very well lit up, and I have always felt safe going in after hours. They also have treated our dog Lucy very kindly. Thanks folks for a great place to store and we will be back in Dec. George & Diane-- Northeast Pa. Great !!!! Just got thru another winter with these same folks, this makes 4th season, and its just as good as ever, will be back in Dec, Thanks again guys and gals, its just nice to do business with such an outstanding group. Zephyr Mini Storage, I have to say saved me in an emergency situation. They jumped in with the help I needed to store, & move my belongings with a VERY SHORT notice. There were no hassles, or any waiting involved & the staff was super friendly & helpful beyond words. I highly advise if youre in the Zephyrhills area or are coming to Zephyrhills & you have a need for a storage facility or U-haul that you give Zephyr Mini Storage a call. Theyre friendly, fast, reliable, helpful & some of the most down to earth people I have ever dealt with. You wont regret it, I assure you. I know I sure didnt & Ive gained new friends out of the entire situation. I love all you guys!! I have the highest regards for ZMS. The staff and owners are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. I used their services for almost 10 years. I was living out of the country off an on. The most important aspect about any business is Customer (Care) Service and I give them 5 stars out of 5. I loved the cleanliness of the place and the fact its pest free. After unpacking my belongings I did not find the trace of any insects or tell tail odors. I rented 2 unites in a climate controlled building; . The facility encompasses many acres and can accommodate any storage and moving need, at one convenient location. Don’t think about going elsewhere as you won’t be disappointed;

We have absolute confidence that our stored items are SAFE - no bugs or rodents, no mildew, no damaging moisture, no thefts or damage. The staff is the absolute BEST and we look forward to seeing them every time and enjoying positive, professional attitudes and smiling faces! Zephyr Mini is always our choice for truck rental and we can count of fair prices and efficient service. We have never had any problems, but were sure we would be quite satisfied with the resolution. I just moved to the area and I had to find a place to store my belongings and I have to say they are the best ,from the time I walked thru the door the staff was nothing but professional and helpful .I traveled from Alabama to Zephyrhills with my family and a U Haul truck once I arrived I had nowhere to store my belongings in a short notice , not only did the owner and staff help me with all my storage needs but made me feel like my belongings where going to be safe and secure. I did 3 tours of duty serving in the United States Army and safety is a must so it was a no brainer to go with Zephyr Mini Storage .I will recommend highly Zephyr Mini Storage to my family and friends.

This place is amazing! I transferred from WPB and had to drop off my UHaul, however, I missed the other location I was suppose to leave it at and saw yours and pulled in. You accepted my Uhaul at your location without a second thought! Your staff was the most helpful in assisting me in obtaining a storage unit. I had to replace some old boxes from my move and they had supplies I needed on location. Moving is a headache, but Zephyr Mini Storage was the Asprin I needed at the end of my journey. "IF" I ever move again...I will not go anywhere but Zephyr Mini-Storage because of the staff...who said you cant good help? They all work at Zephyr Mini-Storage!
