Matt and George did an excellent job! They moved all of our belongings from our crammed 12x18x8 storage unit on their truck in one trip. As the previous person said, they are very professional, courteous, and aim to please. After coming back to work, my co-workers were asking who moved us. I told them Dependable Moving Company, and I was surprised at how many of them have used them. Everyone was in agreement that they were the BEST moving company in town. I checked on two other companys in town before deciding on Dependable and was floored by how their pricing worked. The popular company starts charging you from the time they leave their office, charge a $25 service fee, and charge the highest hourly rate. The other company charged you a truck fee. When you move, you have enough on your plate already. Make things easier on yourself and just call Matt. Thanks guys!

The best moving company I have found, and with moving about once a year in the Polk County area, I have tried a few companies. Had I known about them before, I would never have used anyone else. They arrived on time, were very polite, and wrapped all the furniture carefully. I never saw George stop once. The 2 guys worked like a well oiled machine- one took everything out while the other was packing the truck. The same when they arrived at my new home, never stopping and never complaining. Very reasonable rates. In the past my moves would take 4 or even 5 hours total. They were done at the minimum time, 3 hours! No hidden extras or gas charges. I was very impressed with all my dealings on the phone and in person, and would definitely recommend them to anyone. If I move again, they will be the only company I call.

Experienced/Efficient/Extremely Hardworking/Enthusiastic Matt and his co-worker were promptly on site when scheduled! They surveyed the items to be moved and got quickly to work. In under the 3 hours we we were quoted, they managed to move a 4 bedroom home with nearly all pieces heavy and over-sized. At a minimum they moved 1.5 tons of furniture. They asked questions to ensure everything was in proper placement and reassembled. I have moved the same furniture three times and they knew as much about the assembly of the items as I did. EXPERIENCE!!! Never a gripe...only a WILL DO ATTITUDE!!! I chose this service based on my conversation with Matt....business manager....and on my research of reading reviews of moving experiences from others. This company so far exceeded expectations.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called Dependable a week prior to the move date and they moved me on the requested date. They arrived on time, with a larger (26 foot) truck than requested for the smaller truck price. They moved our 4-room apartment, plus storage room, to another town 23 miles away for the quoted price, all without any damage. All three men were efficient, polite and treated our furniture and my 95 year-old Mother with respect. I could not ask for more and the move was completed one (1) hour faster than expected. Thank you George and your two man Crew!!

Dependable moving and storage lives up to there name, dependable. I originally scheduled my move with another company (cornerstone movers) which no showed, no call, no answer the day of the move. I called dependable movers and he luckily was able to schedule me latter that day. Not only was he on time and dependable, they were polite and helpful. He went above what was expected. They have great customer service! I actually have used them twice another time to move my mother. Both times they were dependable quick and friendly. Thanks

very excellent service Top notch. These guys are professional, courteous, and aim to please. These guys just did an office move for us in downtown and we were so impressed. They worked quickly, packed all our equipment safely, asked questions to ensure things were packed and placed in the desired areas, and didnt complain about anything. You can trust your move will go well, and probably cost less than they quote you (because they move so quickly). Feel confident using their services.This is the best mover company that we have ever seen.

This company is a rare find! From the quote to the execution, we found the owner and his employees to be pleasant, eager, very hard-working (consistently!), great problem solvers, attentive to details, and cheerful even in the face of tremendous obstacles. We hired them for a huge job (to relocate an entire state court) and they did an outstanding job over the four long days required to complete the project. We will ask for them each by name and collectively for any and all future needs and we recommend them highly.

We moved to Lakeland and had a Uhaul that we had to unload and get returned. Called Dependable because our landlords had used them previously. They had 2 awesome guys come out that same day and had it completely unloaded and where everything needed to go professionally and without any problems within 2 hours! I am so grateful for Turk and his helper! Their kindness, humor and professionalism was incredible!!! They truly saved the day for us! Thank you! I will definitely recommend them in the future!!

My husband and I own our own law firm and were moving our business to a new location. We hired Dependable Moving Company and were COMPLETELY IMPRESSED by their service. They held true to their price quote, showed up on time, were very careful with our furniture and walls, and did a great job. Matt and his crew provided excellent packing, loading, moving and unloading of our home in Sebring, FL to Roan Mountain, TN. They packed in one day, loaded and began driving the next day and arrived to our TN home the following morning. Dependable Moving provided an extremely reasonable cost for this move. Matt and his staff were easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company!

I moved from Tampa to Lakeland and had initially hired a moving company in Tampa who proved to be unreliable. Matt was very understanding of my situation and me needing to get moved the next day. He and Jacob showed up on time at 8 in the morning. They were super professional and took extra care of my belongings. And he was actually less expensive than the original company. I usually dont write reviews, but they deserve 10 stars!

I chose dependable movers because they answered the phone promptly, answered all my questions, were very professional and had a great price. They introduced themselves when arriving the morning of the job, handled my belongings with care, and completed the job in an efficient manner. My Fiance and I just moved on Saturday May 5th, 2012 and we used Dependable Moving Co. Not only were they proffesional and cutious, but they were fast and efficient. They were aware that were not as ready as we thought we were and asked where they could find empty boxes to help us pack. They were very friendly, on time and have great rates. I would/will recommend them to anyone I know that may be moving.
