Used them for storing my sons dorm room items at Case Western over the summer. They charged $80 for shipping supplies and $331 for moving service. But then when I wanted to have the items delivered back to Case Western in the fall, they charged me an extra $150 for a "special weekend delivery fee". There was no indication that they would not deliver on the opening day of move in dates when I booked the moving in the first place. Be aware of these guys. Very rude on the phone as well. To top it off, they forgot a box and had to deliver it on Monday. No option to pick it up myself. No compensation for that. And the refrigerator got a bunch of scratches on top of it.

Armbruster moving helped my family and I move our 4 bedroom house. It was a painless process. Bryan, the estimator, was very efficient and accurate in his prediction for the time and cost associated with the move. The team that came out was very motivated and they accomplished the job with little issue. There was some damage to the basement staircase as a result of some over sized furniture but the customer service and compensation for the damage was fantastic and very fair. I would use them again without question.

Handled delivery of house hold and stacked big boxes on small boxes or fragile items. While they did not do the pack and transport, the overall service was bad. Not one thing arrived undamaged and some damage was significant. Told to file claim but no I will never get money. For cost of move, better to just buy all new.

Maybe they dont need the business because they are definitely not accomdating to customers. We just generally got a "too bad" attitude from them, eventhough we were calling way in advance of our move. They did not try to make things work and they were rude on top of it.

Purchased wardrobe boxes, they never said the hanging bar was not included, sold me the boxes without the bar............now I have to go buy the bar. When youre moving, you need a moving company to be very helpful and thorough when selling you supplies.
