...so couple days ago I went there to return an item I have purchased at another location - the manager gave me hell. He was rude and kept arguing that they dont take back the items which were open. He spent entire 10 min on analyzing the receipt for the excuse to not take the item. And in the end he told me to go to the original location of the purchase. Waste of time!!! I am shopping at Autozones for a decade and sometimes yes - i need to return something - never had problems with it regardless of the location of purchase or state of the package. So I had to go out of my way to make this return - of course the manager at the Buford Hwy location had no problems with the return. Steer away from Campbelltons location!!!

I had the worst experience ever the employess are very rude and ghetto and not to mention the woman with the short hair told me she would drag me around the store after the guy employee insulted my driving because I did not park between the lines perfect but I was in the lines. If you dont want to get jumped on stay away from this place. Will be calling corporation.

I was pleased after receiving a battery install today. After having a bad week due to a car that would not start, my car was rescued by a tech. My superman! He was knowledgable about battery installs and it didnt take him long. Im extremely satisfied and recommend everyone to check out Autozone on Cambellton.

Usually when you go to this location you have to wait to be waited on. They are slow and not very attentive be good if the staff had some knowledge of auto mechanics to ensure the customer buys the right part the first time.

Great customer service but when you call ahead for parts make sure they pull it and put it on the counter. If not they will tell you they sell a part but it may not be in their inventory.

The sign on the door and online clearly says they open at 7:30 its now 7:56 and the lights are still off and no one is here I guess they open when they feel like it .
