I like the people here they are very kind they just took 8 hours to tell me what was wrong with my car told me at 2pm they were getting the pricing together and would call me back in 5 mins never did i waited until 4 to call back because they never called me so i didnt let them fix my car. Ive never had a shop take 8 hours to hook my car to an computer anddddd on top of that my husband works across the street and watched then not touch my car. So i paid 80$ for them to hook a computer up to it. Something that takes 10mins. Sad part is i had an 8am appointment so i dont see why my car was last to work on. They worked on my wheels before that took from a 10am appointment to 6pm and i sat there and waited and watch them not work on my car. They are just to busy and if you have days to wait on your car this is the right place to go. I just probably wouldnt go back unless i have a second car. Prices are okay, people are nice and honest just need to clear you schedule to come here.

Mira. I used to go to the dealership to get my car serviced but after being ripped off by two repair shops--one in Georgia and another in Massachusetts (bigly), Ive sworn the big car dealerships off. I only learned of KLM through a referral nearly 5 years ago. Luis is the only mechanic that I trust to work on my car. He is honest, resourceful and a man that doesnt take advantage of your most vulnerable position--your wallet. My catalytic converter CRACKED in two pieces. Yes, I have the pictures. Do you know he got his guy to weld it back together? Now what dealership would have taken the time to do that? They would have thrown it out, charged you for a new one with surcharge and added an extra hour for the installation. But with KLM, my cost went from $700-800 to less than $200. WHAT?!! Sure, I still have to replace my converter but I didnt have to THAT day. Luis is awesome. Me escuchas? AWESOME.

This mechanic shop is high-quality. Their quality is evident from the first time you get anything done there, even something very basic. I have been to other shops to do emissions testing, and those other shops seem to think that because its a simple, quick procedure they do not need to perform good customer service and that their reputation wont be affected. KLM is better than that, great service from the start. I felt confident asking for their 12-point inspection after my emission testing, something I typically only do myself (im a do-it-yourself person). Their report of the inspection was honest and they did not pressure me to get extra services on the spot. I will use KLM in the future for quality work, and all Marietta residents should, too.

I took my car in to check the annoying sound I heard, and they found the problem, but in the midst of finding one problem they saw that I had an oil leak. I really appreciate them for being very thorough and honest in letting me know. Because I would not have known if I hadnt taken it in for the original problem. Needless to say they fixed both problems and I was beyond pleased. Billy was very helpful in the process, he treated like I was family. I recommend these guys to all my friends and family. They are the BEST!

I would recommend anyone and everyone to come to KLM Auto Center because they were really fair on repairing my engine.Their prices are compatible and they stand behind their work..... which that is really important these days. I had a great experience at this shop. Very honest people, they will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and fix the problem in not time. I had two other shops tell me something was wrong with my car. They said they fixed the problem but they didnt. Thanks for fixing my car.

Messed up my mecedez benz 2 yrs ago and manager would not listen to a guest complain. Now my brother took his car for an emission and he was cum $890 for a fake calatytic converter job. Would not recomend anybody to take their car for repair.

The emission test was only $10 and didnt take long and even though they dont carry an oil filter for my car (MERCEDES BENZ) , I bought it from AutoZone and they put it on and it didnt take long either.
