I was referred to this shop by a friend and he spoke so highly of their service. Its unfortunate that my experience wasnt so favorable. As a first time client the level of customer service I received was horrid. They lack serious communication skills, my car was in their procession for a week, I constantly had to call and check on the status of my vehicle, upon repairs my check engine light came on and they didnt even notify me until I came to pick up my car, I was under the impression that is was good-to-go it wasnt. Im highly unsatisfied by the quality of work done. SAVE YOUR MONEY and take your car to the dealership where they are knowledgable about vehicles. I paid 439.00 and my car still isnt running correctly.

These guys were fantastic! I went here for wobbles issues with my Jeep; I wanted to try a tire balance before tackling any steering elements. They listened to my problem and we looked at the components together once the car was off the ground. They didnt try to push any service on me or "find" something wrong, they honestly just wanted to help diagnose the problem! And I loved that they let me in the shop to look at it with them; other shops are too concerned with liability. Once they started working, the manager checked in with my frequently with updates. Turns out the tire balance WAS the issue, and $20 and as many minutes later, I was good to go! Best automotive shop experience Ive had.

They offer various solutions to your cars repair needs, offering different scenarios with parts and labor pricing. Work completed is backed with a warranty. The staff there are very professional and also courteous with their customers. A lot of repeat business because of this. I continue to recommend them when ever I can for automotive needs.

I have been coming to Alben since 2008 when they were just a 3 bay repair shop. Its great to see how much him and his dad have grown their business. I would not trust another mechanic with my car. Hands-down if I need any repairs to my vehicle I bring it to Alben and he always takes care of me. You should too!

Ive been coming here for about 5 yrs. I live on the other side of town now, but will drive 30 min to get my car serviced. I can count on these guys to do a great job and not over charge me. They are even kind enough to do little things I should be able to myself like change the darn windshield wipers.
