Outstanding emergency repair of my car. Had car problems on a recent trip to Canton and took to B&B Tire and Auto Service on Saturday of a holiday weekend. They diagnosed the engine problem and replaced serpintine belt while I waited. They did it Saturday PM and stayed after hours without charging me extra or me having to ask. Their price was very reasonable even thought it was an emergency repair for me and extended into after hours work for them. Drove car back to St Louis and been runing fine ever since so quality of work proved to be excellent. Great to have trustworthy repair work at a very fair price to an out of state person. Thanks B&B. Tired of getting ripped off? Sick of wondering if you were ripped off? Do you often wonder if all that costly work really need to be done? If you want to KNOW your car REALLY NEEDS what a service place tells you this place is the best. B&B is by far the most honest place in the area. They have the know how and will to do it right. Brian and Chris are simply good, honest and knowledgeable people who have worked together for many, many years. (I will not deny that I or my family has tried many others in the area, everyone shops price. No more, Im done with that because in the end Brian saves you time and money)

Poorly run shop. Waited 10 minutes before I was able to speak with a service writer. Was going to get an Oil Change - Rotation off of coupon. I also had Lifetime Balance from Goodyear which I previously purchased at another local location. Was told he could do the oil change but it would be late afternoon, and he wouldnt honor the Lifetime Balnace (I had paperwork). He said I had to go to a Corporate store. Well I thought Goodyear was Goodyear but they arent all the same. Take your vehicle to a corporate store. Much better service.

Excellent reliable service. We have been having our two cars completely serviced, repaired and new tire needs here for over 6 years. They quality has been outstanding as has their service. They service/repair only what is needed vs pushing un needed service items on us. They show us the specifics of items needing to be serviced or repaired ---trustworthy. We feel they are the best auto repair service and tire dealer in Canton and would not go any other place.

As a female one of the biggest challenges for us was finding an honest auto mechanic. After a couple of years of doing business at this location under the previous ownership, we were gouged for costly unnecessary repairs at the hands of the newer/current owners. Weve not taken our business here sense and instead use Creative Autoworks located at Highway 5 and Bells Ferry Road. Honesty and fairness is extremely hard to come by at B&B.

My car broke down in Canton, GA. I had to leave my car, keys and all, because it died completely. I live 2 hours away and had to do business over the phone. I called Brian (Mgr) and he went to my car and tried to start it. Still dead. He took the keys with him and locked the car. We were able to get it towed and fixed with the help of both Brians. (Brian C.(mechanic)). They both are great. Thanks so much!!

Drove in with a car that drove like a million bucks that just needed some brakes resurfaced. Left with the car driving like a junkyard jewel. They said they test drove it. They clearly did not. They said that the car must need a new tire. All tires were new. Dont go here. They try to scam you.

Called in the morning to ask if I could bring my car by to patch a flat and was told it was no problem. Came by at the exact time agreed to and was told they couldnt do it until the next morning. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Great service, no rip offs. Ive been bringing my Mustang and my wifes SUV here for years. Even my grandmother comes here. We always get exemplary service. I get all my oil changes, tires, tune-ups, etc here.
