Arrived at this location for my APPT @ 7:57am for an 8am appt. All lights were turned off. Open sign turned off. Door locked. Checked the store hours sign that was posted on the front door. Sun 8a - 5p. Odd, so while I was waiting for a manager to arrive, I started checking out other oil change locations in the general area as this venture was a waste of my time. Another customer arrived, got impatient and called the manager. The manager told him that they did not have any technicians available to do any services until 10am. Like him, I was never called to cancel/reschedule or inform the customers of the issues. I understand stuff happens and appts have to get changed, but inform your customers. Manager finally shows up on site @ 8:20am. 20 minutes after the store is supposed to be open. Someone from Firestone Corp, please confirm this via video logs/check in times, this is supposed to be the manager...showing up late by 20 minutes with customers waiting in the parking lots completely confused. I walk in to the store after she unlocks the door and turns the open sign on to confirm no appts before 10am before I book another appt elsewhere this morning and as I walk in and Im about 2 ft from the service desk with the manager standing there, the phone rings. Im pretty patient and I expected her to put the phone on hold after asking the customer to hold for a moment, but no, apparently not, she continued the conversation with the phone customer even though I was standing directly in front of her before the phone rang. I just did an immediate 180 degree turn and walked right out. I had been a loyal customer to this location going on about 1.5 yrs now, but this new manager being late and not informing the customers that had reservations has changed my entire opinion about this location. I will be taking my business to another location going forward.

Weve patronized this Firestone for years and love it. While there have been management changes, each manager has been stellar in friendliness, customer service and pricing, including discounts for regular customers and honoring savings coupons sent by Firestone via mail. The mechanics are long-term, know our cars, and do an excellent job. They answer any questions we have and give great follow-up service. Its important to us that Firestone is nationwide with warranty and service coverage honored everywhere. After getting second opinions a few times, we have trusted them to do the right thing and not rip us off, and weve been extremely satisfied.

Had my car in for service, paid to have the repairs completed, after $600 my car is still pulling an was told if I was ever to bring my car back up to that establish that they call a business, I was going to have a police called on me...wow notified upper management but no one seems to care. Im so glad that Bridgestone sees fit to keep such poor management in affect. Steve Williams is not fit to run any store. Such poor customer service is not an attribute that I would hold for any store manager! I will never do business with Firestone ever again !

Went there any times. I have seen some people come and go. Now i think they have great people working on many cars each and every day! You take your car and the job gets done in the quickest time possible! I dont know if yall have heard about the tire problem here in America but Fire Stone was not on there. they do not let tires over the age of 6 even come to a shop. A tire may be new but aged some years. I LOVE FIRE STONE and how they explain and break everything down. To give me the Safety i have inside my car.

Worst place ever to even get a diagnostics done. Asked for the paper work but Steven failed to provide what was done to the car. Problem was never fixed and I was outrageously charged. This place is a rip off. Took my car for one problem and they returned it with 3 additional. Better off taking your car to another place. Inexperience and unprofessional staff.

Horrible customer service. I wanted to replace the lug its in all my tires. I was given a high estimate to replace lug nuts on my tire before anyone looked at the car. She told she would have to replace several pieces since they were difficult. I had to repeat my story 3 times because she wouldnt stop and listen to me the first time.

My experience was great at this firestone the employees were all pleasant....the wait time was a little bit longer than I expected. Outside of the wait time everything else was excellent from the manager Steve Williams and his wonderful staff thanks for all you do.

I drop my car at 12:15 pm and they told me my truck will be ready in couple hours I assume maybe two or three hours because is only an oil change , then I call four hours later just to find out that they dont even touch my truck .... they make me WASTE MY TIME .

Tire store cant change tires on a F350. Oil change and didnt check lights. Wonder what else they missed. Did survey and was told someone would contact me within 2 days. Its been a week. Nothing. Guess where Im not patronizing.

Great service only issue I had to take my car back to them to rebalance my new tires i brought from them cause my tires would shake once I reached 60 or higher while driving I hot my car back within an hour hour

They take ABSOLUTELY way too long for an oil change. Every time. Ive been coming here years, and Im just over the excessive wait time for oil changes, with or without appointment.

Lying mechanic. Took out my e-brake, and then lied about me never having one. Wanted me to buy a whole new one. Also forgot to put in my caliper. Absolute crap mechanic.

Maybe buy tires, but DO NOT LISTEN to them when they put your car up on a lift, splash oil on the struts, and say they need to be replaced. (like they did to me)
