GREAT PEACEFUL PLACE!! Crest Lawn Memorial Park is a historical and peaceful resting place for beloved ones where I feel comfort in knowing that my loved ones are in proper hands for an eternity. In addition, Crest Lawn Memorial Park has beautiful landscape where the manicured grounds with many hills overlook Atlantas skyline which gives visitors the feel of the richness of family and its heritage. When I visit, I see how dedicated the family and its employees are towards the Care and Needs of others and how personally they strive to help make a difficult time more peaceful and less stressful. The staff realize the importance of making sure that Care is #1 in time of need and thereafter. I would not consider resting, nor placing any family member anywhere else!

My family has lived in Atlanta since the early 1800s. Everyone is buried at Crestlawn. It has been a cemetery prior to 1916, as their website states. The company that is managing this Historic Landmark, Dignity, is absolutely horrible. They are unbelievably poorly managed, hire the worst reps in the world, and clearly try to confuse and take advantage of families during grief. I have had to bury my father and my grandmother there in the past 2 years, and both experiences with Dignity were horrible. So my advice is, until a new company is managing the grounds; or it goes back into private ownership, please find a better place for your loved ones.

My dad and several family members are buried at Crest Lawn Cemetery. I have noticed a dramatic positive improvement in customer service and their overall responsiveness. The maintenance of the grounds has really improved. In particular, I received a great deal of help and support from Amber. My attitude has really changed for the better regarding the cemetery. I would definitely encourage people to consider it as a final resting place.

I love the Park, couldnt ask for a more beautiful place, but the management has changed and Do not get a grave marker from Crest lawn cemetery, they have the worst customer service. They never return your calls and are the most incompetent people I have ever done business with. No one ever gives a straight answer and are quick to blow you off. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy! !!

The only counselor that has really stuck out to me has been Rufus. He is a warm and professional individual. I have seen him many times and listened to him as he interacts with people. If Im going to bury a loved one at this cemetery, Id ask for him personally.

This has got to be one of the best places in the city to watch the sunrise... Crest Lawn has one of the most beautiful Easter Sunrise Services I have ever been to! This will definitely be a new family tradition!!!
