Theres a new employee and he was the rudest to me. His name is Harold and I went to the front desk to check in and it turned out that I forgot my y card at home so usually the employee will just take a couple of seconds to look your name up and then your good but Harlod was the rudest person ever. I told him I forgot it at home and he wouldnt allow me to come work out. I tried telling him that this wasnt the first time I forgot my card and he yelled at me rudely and made me stand in a line to get a new card even though I already have one. Not only that I am a paying guests who deserves to be treated with respect. This location couldve done better with the new staff members they hired. He didnt explain anything to me he had a nasty unwelcoming attitude.

I recently joined this YMCA to regain my fitnes. Yep, its that time of year again. I havent been to any Y facilities for at least a 12 years and was very pleasantly surprised to find this one to be extremely clean and all of the equipment working and up to date. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The pool was one of the most attractive features. It features open lap lanes all day long plus an area for water aerobics, etc. Sure the location was great but it has turned out to be a really good facility.

Classes fill up quickly and will not expand other classes at different times. Kids daycare sill sup, which then leaves no option but a wasted trip and waste of money. Pool is very chlorinated to the point it burns swimmer eyes. Pool breaks every 45 minutes, makes it hard to get in any rhythm. Canceling a membership is just as painful as Comcast.

Been going here for years. The fun center for the baby allow me to do a well needed workout without worry. The indoor pool seems to be the older grandkids favorite this summer. Reasonable rates for the entire family.

Ive lived in LA , VA and New York City and this is by far the best all around gym experience Ive ever had. From the staff to the facilities to the members just a hands down top notch pleasurable experience. Kudos !

New facility, very clean. Staff is Good to Great, never excellent. Workout room is too small. Need more space for floor exercises. Wish they would open the group fitness rooms when classes werent in session.

This has been a great place for swim lessons for my 4 year old son. The kiddie pool for him to play in afterward is do much fun. The gym area for working out is small, cramped & overall unimpressive.

Too much of a hassle! Basketball courts never available, pool always seems to be closed. While there were a few very helpful people, overall, service was terrible.
