I joined Youfit to work with a personal trainer. I was lured by the month-to-month branding and the shiny new equipment. When I signed the contract, the trainer who signed me up made sure that I knew about the 30 day cancellation policy. Everything seemed fine! Two months in to my training, I had a personal issue with the trainer that I was working with three days a week. She acted unprofessionally and, on top of other issues I had dealt with (frequent scheduling errors and the like) I decided it was time to give my notice. I went in and spoke to the manager, and after belittling my concerns, he informed me that 30 days notice could actually only be given after three months of training. AKA they wanted to get two more 400$ payments out of me rather than one. In addition, he offered to schedule me with another trainer, who on further discussion, wasnt actually available. So I decided to suck it up, change my entire routine around, and get an afternoon trainer (since thats all they had left). When I called today to confirm who my session was with, I found out that they didnt actually schedule me at all. So now that time is also unavailable. Ive got to say, this gym is the biggest scam, and after reading about their issues with their Florida locations, Im not surprised that theyve got a D- with the Better Business Bureau. Id have no problem paying for the extra months if I was just quitting because I didnt feel like working out anymore. But to be forced into maintaining a membership there when Ive been mistreated by the employees multiple times is a lot to swallow. So just as a warning to those who dont speak fluent fine print legalese (and cant afford to bring a translator): PERSONAL TRAINING HAS A MINIMUM OF 4 MONTHS! Thats only if you cancel right away on the last day of the required 3 months. If not, enjoy throwing away even more money on trainers who arent available, managers who cant do anything about your complaints, and general emotional abuse.

This gym has everything that I was looking for. There was a $30 sign up fee, which is way better than any other gym in the area, with no contract or commitment. There are two basic memberships to choose from. #1 is $10 a month, no guest privileges, you can only use that specific gym. #2 Lime Card $20 a month. unlimited guest access, and use of any you fit gym. CONS: The bright colors are not my favorite, reminds me of planet fitness or some other sub par gym. There is no pool (which I did not care for but listing it for the review) no sauna. It really is what you see is what you get. PROS: They have multiple pieces of the same equipment, so this is nice when the gym is full that if one machine is taken, there is another to use. I love fixed weight bars and they have 2 whole sets, (straight bars, and curved bars) Always have a clean facility! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed and like your family. If youre looking for a good high level basic gym, then this is the place for you.

I came to Youfit a couple months ago, in much need of a lifestyle change. I have been apprehensive in the past about committing myself to the gym due to my lack of knowledge of what to do, as well as me not being what youd consider a "gym person". I was welcomed by a super friendly staff who got me familiar with the facility, as well as all of their month to month membership options. I also decided that I needed to work with a personal trainer, which has proven to be an amazing decison for me. Quality, affordable training. Ive gained so much knowledge and power over my health that I would have never had otherwise. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with this gym; and all of their staff was great enough to compel me to write this review.

When I initially joined this gym I felt very welcomed and supported in my fitness goals. The staff at the facility was very friendly, however, the personal trainer I was training with and had been for months was a "no show" for two of my training sessions and had not notified me in advance. I was also incorrectly charged for training sessions and was charged wrongly for sessions I was not receiving. After realizing the incorrect charges, I followed up with management at this facility to find that there is "no contact information" for anyone above the manager level at the gym and received no help in solving the issue. For a gym that claims to go "above and beyond" for their clients I am very disappointed with the customer service I received.

Good, no frills, low pressure gym. Its not typically covered up with insanely ripped people so its not intimidating. It was my first gym and I was happy with it. Its also extremely clean, which is rare in a gym. Yes its $10/month with caveats: Theres a $40 annual fee. You pay your first and last month up front. They hit you with a cancellation fee even though theres "no contract." They reward your loyalty by raising your price after a year to $15.

I absolutely love this gym and staff. Being a germophobe, it makes me really happy knowing they keep all of the equipment super clean, as well as the showers/locker rooms. Everyones always willing to lend a hand and answer questions if needed. I definitely recommend the personal training they offer. Its very cost efficient comparative to other gyms and the trainers are pleasantly knowledgeable and efficient. I 100% recommend !!

I just came back from a tour. I spoke with Robert (very helpful and very sweet and answered all my questions). I saw on the website that it is $10 per month, but they dont advertise the extra $20 you have to pay up front on their website. As well there is an extra yearly membership fee for $39.99 on top of the other fees. Im wondering whether to join here or at LA Fitness or Planet Fitness.

Love the front counter staff at this gym, theyre super nice. Just be careful when signing up for anything - its a pain in the butt to cancel a personal training program. I literally had to schedule an appointment with the manager on his availability in order to cancel and then had to give a 30 day notice.

Friendly staff, well equipped gym. Theres an annual fee every February, but Id rather pay that and $10 a month vs. the $50 - $80 other gyms in the area want.
