We called Lightning Bug Electric on a Sunday to resolve a wiring issue that, for safety reasons, we felt needed immediate attention. Leo, the technician, arrived within 90 minutes of our call to troubleshoot the problem and let us know what we needed be done. He took the time to fully diagnose the problem and explained the fault/solution. Even with outside temps near 90-degrees, the technician spent nearly an hour in the attic running new wiring, and made the repairs within the time frame he estimated. Although we paid extra for them to come out on a Sunday, we were fully satisfied with the technician, his professionalism and courtesy, the response time, and the quality of service. Next time we need electrical work done, well call Lightning Bug again.

I live in a very old condo & have had several companies from a variety of services come and visit. Lighting Bug Electric is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Bobby and James are extremely knowledgeable and they take the time to explain things in laymen’s terms for those that aren’t as familiar on what is required to keep me safe in my home when it comes to electrical requirements, repairs and safety. Very happy with the service and work, would recommend to others!!!
