Unfortunately, a technician was sent to my house to assess the damage of a melted light switch. He was both unable to fix the switch or give me an estimate (because he would have to reach so high with the numbers) but I was still charged a $60 service call, that was NOT disclosed to me, for a service that was NOT completed. I had already cut the electric to that part of the house from the breaker box myself, but was told HE was the one that had "safed the circuit." I had another electrical company come to give an estimate and was only charged $115 for the work which was completed on the spot within an hour and a half! I do not recommend this company to anyone unless you do not mind paying for uncompleted work!

Called on four different occasions to try and schedule them to come out for a simple job. All four times were told the gentleman that does the scheduling was out, but would call me back. Never once did that occur. Last time I called, I even asked if anyone else could schedule. I was told no, but that she would track him down and have him call me ASAP. Guess what? He didnt call. How can a business this size rely on only one person to schedule? Do you have that much business that you can afford to ignore potential clients when he doesnt care or attempt to return calls? No worries, I will take my problem and dollars to one of your competitors that I am sure will be glad to help.

I highly recommend Parsons Electric. The company is professional and service oriented. We had an issue with the electric in our residential home. The service department came out right away and helped us resolve the issue. Very good company.
