I needed someone to repair some dry rot around my front door and also to do some repairs on my deck. Daniel came out on April 22 and gave me an estimate on the front door repairs, which I accepted. He said that he could perform the work the following Wednesday and would bring the estimate/proposal for the deck repairs at that time. He and another gentleman came on Wednesday, May 25, although Daniel did not do the work. He returned when it was completed. The gentleman who performed the repairs on my front door was very nice and did a good job. When Daniel returned to pick up the gentleman, I inquired about the deck estimate and he said that he would have it to me the week after memorial day holidays. It is June 21, almost one month later, and I have not heard from him regarding the estimate on my deck repairs. Disappointed in the follow up and follow through.

I cannot praise the services of ProFix Home Repair enough. The company is owned by a man of high personal integrity, knowledge and professionalism. He hires only craftsmen who embody those same qualities. I have used their services for years on my own home and regularly recommend them to my real estate clients. I recently called ProFix for some interior renovation work on my home. Greg Kuhlman came out to meet with me. He listened and spent time up front helping me understand the process. He made great suggestions that I had not even thought of. I was so impressed with the way he listened. The job took about two weeks. Each morning he communicated his plans for the day. We needed some work done on a newly purchased house. The man who did the work did an acceptable job. He sold himself as being very friendly and motivated, but his attitude deteriorated over the four days that he was here. He started showing up later and later, only stayed for one hour one day, meaning the work ended up taking a full day longer than predicted, smoked in our garage, and generally became less and less friendly. We needed our porch railing to be safe for our kids. After his work, it is safe, but we cant sweep the leaves off of the porch because he didnt leave a gap at all. The electrical work seems to be fine. We were charged a very fair price. On a separate occasion, a different guy gave an estimate for a small repair job, scheduled a day to do the work, then never showed up.

This review does not speak to the quality of work, but my experience with this so called "professional" home repair company. On April 30, a gentleman came out to my home to look at the many items I was interested in having repaired. Following the visit, I was told I would have a quote by early the following week. 35+ days later, I still do not have a quote. I emailed the company around May 11 to enquire and Mike said the quote was almost ready to complete but he was waiting on a few things and I would have it by EOD. Obviously, the quote never came. At this point, I have moved on and engaged someone else to do the work (too many red flags). I resent rearranging my schedule and wasting my time only to have a so called "professional" and "dependable" company not follow through.

Worked here for two years never a complaint from a customer... Customer tried to get out of painting there house using a close match silicone, customer supplied materials i completed one side of house got customers again to make sure they approve of this backwards way of getting out of painting house.. I explained no warranty, after I told them they shouldnt do it.. I completed onside husband and wife came out said they loved it... Unfortunately the buyer didnt like it so needless to say I demand respect and loyalty.. As I give .. A Team to have your back this isnt the place for these traits.. I was told to wipe siding with mineral spirits wonder that would do to the paint mmmm???? Lol think Ill stick to building toothpicks ;)

I cannot say enough good things about Pro-Fix Home Repair. When we bought our house, we knew there were a lot of things we would like to change. We had Steve come out one evening and he walked through the house with us, room by room, listening and providing his knowledge and expertise on the things we would like to change. We decided that painting the interior and adding some moulding would be the best place to start. We had such a good feeling when he left, that we didnt bother with getting any other estimates. Steve showed on time everyday and kept us up to speed on everything that he had done each day. He did an excellent job and we will definitely be calling on Pro-Fix for any future work we need done.

This is a great company to do business with! They were very prompt in their response to my online request, and they had Tarell out there within 48 hours to do an estimate. I ended up using their services for a different job other than my original request, and I could not be more pleased with the result. Tarell rebuilt our deck and stairs which are located outside our screened in elevated porch. They were over 40 years old and in a terrible state of disrepair. I simply cannot emphasize the quality of the work that was done, and for a very reasonable amount of money. I highly recommend Pro-Fix for your home repair needs. Ask for Tarell; you will not be disappointed!

After two other companies ignoring my requests for electrical work, I found Steve and Pro-Fix Home Repair. Steve arrived on time, provided a quote and performed the work with professionalism. My neighbor’s father came by the day Steve was doing my electrical work indicating he had traveled over 100 miles to meet a contractor to hang a ceiling fan and the individual never showed. Steve contacted the office and was able to get George to come by and do the work. Can’t say enough about this company from Cricket in the office to the guys in the field. Planning to do some bathroom remodeling and I know who I am going to call!

My ceiling just below shower in upstair was stained due to leakage. I called Pro-Fix Home Repair then Mr. David Atkison was sent on the same day to check and estimate the cost of repairing it. He observed and measured the damage part thoroughly and wrote a very cost effective (low price) quote. Next day right on agreed time he came and repaired it great. He did an excellent job. My ceiling now looks like a brand new and blended well with other areas. I would highly recommend Pro-Fix Repair in general and Mr. David Atkison in particular to others based on my full satisfaction.

We hired Pro-Fix Home Repair to repair all of the windows on our home as well as an electrical fix on one of our ceiling fans. The craftsman who came out, Jeff C., did an amazing job! He was neat, clean, and very professional. The quote provided was clear and detailed and the issues we had with our windows and fan were clearly explained. He was very respectful of our property. The quality of his work definitely met our expectations and we were completely satisfied with the outcome!
