Im new to Atlanta and needed to find a Dominican salon. I googled this salon and the reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I read that Celia was the best. They only took walkins, which is fine, accept everyone was there for Celia. They gave out numbers because of the number of clients. I was there for four hours. The wait was ok, the wash was ok but after that it all went to hell. I noticed a client that came after me got in Celias chair. I didnt say anything, then another client, whom is a regular, whom I had just asked if there was an order, was called before me. When I complained and mentioned I was willing to use another stylist Celia made that client get up and proceeded to do my hair. My hair is shoulder length but it took less than 20 minutes for her to do my hair. It was definitely rushed! I read that these styles should last two weeks, well my hair was back to its regular state in TWO days and the second day I had it wrapped because it was damp outside. But I didnt even go outside to save my hair. Lol. So I had my hair out for half a day because I left there so late. (Waisted Money) Needless to say I will never go back. Ever!!!! Maybe if u go on a week day when everyone is at work and school, you just might get the attention your hair needs. Smh!

Celia is one of the best stylist and she still works there in the month of the summer she is not there because she goes back home ON VACATION but right when school starts she is there ON AND POPPIN plus ladies she is not only a stylist she cares and treatS youR HAIR and your HAIR will last and over time you will see longer and healthier result so I dont know what that crazy hatin lady was talking about BUT CELIA IS THE BEST THING OUT THERE plus she is always giving here clients something extra and children love her PLUS SHE IS POLITE AND MAKES YOU FEEL PRETTY IN EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE NOT JUST YOUR HAIR SHE ALWAYS HAS THE BEST OIL TREATMENTS AND REMEDIES SHE FOR YOUR ARE AMAZINGGGGGGG I LOVE HER

Celia is the best she works from the first chair the rest are terrible Raquel was there but shes no longer there the women who supposed to be the receptionist also washes hair so she will leave your hair and take her sweet time to ring someone out when i say sweet time I mean sweet time smh she uses gloves so your hair wont be clean if you go on a less busy day and Celia is there and isnt busy she can wash and set for you and trust you will be happy Im giving this 4 stars only because of Celia THERES A TALL LADY WHO WORKS THE LAST CHAIR DO NOT I REPAT DO NOT LET HER TOUCH YOUR HAIR

Dont get your hair colored here!!!! I went and got my hair colored and I showed them the color I wanted which was a dark auburn. I pointed to it on the pallet and I showed them a picture. My hair came out a bright orange/blonde! I told her I didnt like it and she said she couldnt do anything until a week later but I still paid $80! She wont tone it down for free either even though she messed up. I will not be returning.

I will NEVER visit this Salon again. This was a horrible experience. The shampoo person had my head in the bowl while she did other things, one of the stylists blow dryed my hair, then another stylist performed the ultimate tragedy on my head. She has the 3rd chair from the door. I would, definitely, not recommend this salon to anyone.

I havent been in a couple months because I try not to go all the time but this is the only salon I let do my hair here in Atlanta. I am very skeptical about who put their hands in my head and this salon always do me right every time it never fails! Btw I been natural for seven years so the growth in my hair is everything ☺️

I had been going to this salon for 2 years. Twice a year because I barely straighten my hair. These ladies put some type of perm cocktail in my natural hair without my knowledge. My beautiful curls are gone and my end are beyond straight. I am so hurt right now, you have no idea. Do not let them deep condition your hair

Ive been going to this salon for about three years now and not once have I been disappointed! They are courteous, quick, and professional always! I wish I knew the name of one specific beautician... Shes always in the first booth to my left. Excellent work that she does!

Bad customer service. My sister was basically ignored and left waiting for about three hours and no body even ask her what she wanted. Later to come out to with "we were so busy to even greet you" excuse. I would not recommend this place to some one else.

They are very well staffed. Even on busy days i feel like Im in and out! The stylist always ask "how you want your hair and which side for the part" before they jump in and start pressing it. Love love this place

They said 50 for a perm Monday thru Wednesday then when you get in the chair its a 100 I got right back out the chair Im going back to my old stylist I see why their salon is empty

Chair number one shes the best . Chair number two rotates people but they are never horrible like the lady who works in the last chair . She did my hair once an I was pissed!!!

Ive been to this shop Ill say 3 times and 2/3 they did good....i dont like the new people that works because they dont know how to make the hair bouncy and shiny as the others
