Ambear Teate

I came into the salon today for my first time. Immediately the atmosphere is very warm and comfortable but still extremely classy. I was offered a refreshment after I checked in for my appointment, as well. My stylist, Kat was ready for me basically as soon as I arrived. I am usually really nervous about getting my hair done because of past experiences elsewhere but Kat made me feel very comfortable and asked me how I felt about everything along the way. Very easy to talk to which is a very important part of the experience to me. Aside from all of that, the hair cut and color was SPOT ON. I will most definitely be coming back to see her for my cuts from now on. Thank you!!!

Hair Nation Salon and Spa is a great place to go! The staff welcomes you with a smile and makes you very comfortable! Enjoy the music and the rock and roll pictures there. Jennifer Correll-Lyles is one of the stylist there and she is the bomb! She greets you with a smile and has such a very outgoing personality. She is very professional! She makes you feel pretty and feel good about yourself when she is done with you! I also want to give Lizzy Correll a shout out too! She is the Massage Therapist there at Hair Nation! She has healing hands! The best Massage Therapist around!

Tonya Mitchell is awesome she did such a great job with my hair. After having such a bad experience at Euphoria salon and spa with some guy named Larry who fried my hair. He was not a hair specialist he was a fraud. Tonya made me feel pretty again and when my color faded she knew just what to do to make my hair brighten up again. Shes awesome. Also the receptionist saw that it was beginning to rain and so I could go put the top up on my car. Then walked me later to my car with an umbrella so I wouldnt mess up my hair. Thank you Hair Nation Salon and Spa for you professionalizum .

I have enjoyed Hair Nation. Everyone is warm, helpful and friendly. Jennifer has done my hair for a good long while. When I want a new style, all I do is bring in a picture. She has given me the exact cut. If it was a style that wouldnt work with me, she was honest to let me know. She cares about getting me the best style that enhances my best features. I have also had Lizzy give me a full body massage. She always aimed to please and work out the pain spots. Both girls go above and beyond and have great outgoing personalities. A great place to be!

When I met Stephanie Trimble, I just asked for a trim. During that, I asked her what I ask anyone who cuts my hair..what do you think about layers? Most say, it would lay flat and choppy, she said "YES, DO IT, FULL, and GREAT!" This was during a fundraiser, so I scheduled with no hesitation for the next week to cut layers, and GO SILVER!! We had the best time! I walked out of there with something I had wanted for years because Stephanie was trained to know what hair will do. The staff is great, the atmosphere is fun, and Stephanie is FANTASTIC!

Best friend bought me a gift certificate for a 60 minute massage. I had the privilege of having Lizzy as my massage therapist. She provided an absolute out of body experience. Working knots out and providing substantial relief. Ive had a massage from five different salons in Lexington and Lizzy is by far THE best. Besides a wonderful massage, the salon offers are really unique environment- if you were ever a fan of 1980s Glam, Rock, Hair Bands... youll love being at Hair Nation.

Hair Nation is, by far, the best salon that I have ever been to. The staff is not only professional and courteous, they make me feel comfortable, and right at home. My stylist, Jennifer Lyles, is simply AMAZING!! She has not only done wonders with my hair, but with my confidence as well. I trust her implicitly with my entire family. Usually, I dont know how to describe what I want and I get what I get.... Jennifer was AMAZING. Meaning, she really took time with me to get to know what I like, dont like and offered many suggestions and WOW. I really like my haircut. From the classic rock music they play, to all of the pictures and quotes on the walls from the greats, its awesome! I had a most excellent experience last week and I will definitely be back. The spa pedicure from Stephanie was wonderful and I had never had a paraffin wax application to my feet! The shampoo and style with Josh was so relaxing. These people really make you feel cared for. Plus, the environment is fun and so posh. I will be back and would highly recommend them!
