Went in there and asked for two French braids. Main guy I assume he is the lead, told me it was 20 dollars after much of them not knowing the prices of their own services. Then when I came back to get it done the main guy in there asked the girl if she wanted to do IT. He threw it on her even though initially he agreed to do it. It took her almost TWO FREAKING HOURS to do two braids. And I had hair standing up and it didnt look good. Heres the best part: so then I go to check out and the main guy is ringing me up and my sister was with me as well. He charged me and I tipped the girl 10% even though she took sooooo long and was struggling. HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME I SHOULD TIP HER MORE AND WAS LIKE "REALLY?! Thats all youre going to tip her?? My sister and I were in shock! What an unprofessional place!! PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!! Im a combat veteran and to be treated this way I am mad Ive spent my hard earned money in this shack.

Walked in & there was a black woman and man. I said I wanted a trim. They look at each other and say "do you want to take IT?" And that shouldve been my first sign to get the hell out of there. The woman (I dont know her name) jacked my hair up. I told her I wanted a trim and to fix the layers. She chopped my hair up and everyone who has looked at it is appalled at how f***** up it is. I just pray it grows out soon so I can FIX my hair and layers. If you have a safe hairdresser who does a good job, and youre feeling impulsive to get a trim at a new place, DONT GO HERE. A nightmare. Let them discuss which Beyoncé song to listen to while theyre sitting there with no customers because they surely dont care about your hair.

Website shows open Saturdays at 8am. Drove to location and not open until 9am. Went again on Sunday 12/11. Door indicates open at 10am. Waited around until 10:15 and still closed, no one was there. Business needs to post actual hours online and on their place of business if they have any hopes of gaining a customer base.

Got a regular trim here for my hair and am happy with the results. They were quick in the actual cut, but the wait was a little long as the 2 hairdressers were already cutting someone elses hair.
