I have always done my hair myself. However, this time I wanted to dye it blue. After a lot of research, I found out the blue hair like I wanted was going to be hard to achieve, so I decided not to take a chance. I walked in, and everyone was very nice. She had to bleach my hair 2x and color it blue. However, the blue came out like sonic blue and I told her I did not like it. She was very cool about it, and she took the next step to tone it down. It took several steps to achieve the hair I was looking for, and boy I was not disappointed.

First time here and last time. I asked for a touch up relaxer. I have regular to fine hair. Its been one week since I had the touch up relaxer and my hair looks and feels as if I never got anything done and it feels hard and rough. I dont think that I got the type of relaxer that I requested as it was mixed in a small room. The relaxer was put on, not smoothed and washed out in 5 minutes. I am very disappointed with my experience and my hair. This was a waste of time and money. I traveled quite a distance to get there.

This is my second time coming to get my hair pressed at this salon and they do an amazing job. I just move to GA from Philly and I have always gone to the same salon same stylist so I was very hesitant to find a new stylist. But the work here that they do in the salon is amazing!!!! The prices for all the services are amazing as well. I love this place I will be continuing to come to this salon every two weeks!!!! My hair was like silk!!!!!

I just moved from Alpharetta and I was going to the same salon called juanitas and I just moved to Woodstock looking for a new hair salon all of the ones near me were charging $200 just for a wash set so I found Mercedes which was only 5 miles from where I stayed and today was the first day I ever went and they did my hair very well at a good price, my bf was very pleased. I will be making them my permanent hair stylists!

Mercedes Salon is a wonderful Hair Salon! They are professional and caring and take great care of you from the moment you walk in the door. Mercedes herself DOES A AMAZING JOB and i love that as soon as I walk in it feels homey. Im from Puerto Rico but these lovely ladies treat everyone so wonderfully no matter where you are from. I recommend them 100%

I went with my daughter about 5 mths ago and was very pleased, Im a truck driver so Im not home much so I try to go everytime I come in. They do thorough head washing and and a great job when I leave I have a lot of body to my hair love it! My daughter and I hope to be headed there today! Thanks guys for doing an awesome job!
