My 91 Toyota truck made an ungodly racket from the header area, and it had a rusted out muffler. I got an estimate from the Toyota dealer and from Meineke. I needed an exhaust manifold and an expensive cross-over pipe. These guys were half the price of the Toyota dealer, and $600 less than Meineke. They did good work and even fixed other non-exhaust problems they found while working on it. I recommend them highly. While I was there another guy came in. His truck was really loud, and he asked for a price on a muffler. They told him $90 installed. When they put it on the lift, it turned out the noise was a loose heat shield. They fixed the heat shield and didnt even charge the guy. They do good work and theyre honest. Hard to beat that combination.

I was in this Saturday morning to have super 44s installed on my 15 challenger. I wasnt to sure how I wouldve liked the sound but Nate and the staff assured me again and again it would sound great. The actual install time it took was much shorter than I thought and was phenomenal work. They answered every question I had no problem. Easily the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff Ive ever dealt with. The outcome when finished is even better than I imagined. I went an hour out of my way to drive down to have this done and smiled ear to ear the whole way back with the windows down to hear it. I recommend this place to anyone. It has five stars for a reason. They have my business for life.

After having been stiffed on multiple occasions by the so-called "authorized dealers" slamming me with unnecessary repairs and downright unscrupulous practices, The Muffler Shop has consistently proven that there are conscientious folks still in the auto repair business. I would have liked to keep them a secret but seems the secret is spilling fast, thanks to the internet.. I dealt with Rob and Nate, these guys know what they are doing, nailed the problem in a jiffy, gave me accurate estimates, delivered before time and did a great job! way to go guys, the challenge for you is going to be to keep up your consistency and standards with the growing influx of clients!

I just bought a used lowered Colorado and it was was buzzing at idle and at certain speeds. Nate had to replace the "custom" job that some knucklehead pieced together since the hangers were so tight they cracked the pipe. He replaced the hack work with original hangers, a new muffler, correct size custom bent tubes and welded the hangers better than factory with nice smooth welds. He even treated the welds to delay rust.. It sounds sweet now and no more buzz or noise. If you want the job done better than new by a true craftsman at a fantastic price, this is your place. A little off the beaten path but worth the trip..

By John My first visit was just for an estimate. They had my problem located, fixed and me ready to go very reasonable price. The part was as cheap as I had found on E-Bay! I returned 2 days later for Chrome Tail Pipe Extensions and other non muffler work. Nate was kind enough to take me home since I was feeling poorly, and pick me up the next morning promptly at 9:15 AM. They had done my tailpipe extensions at $30 dollars less than quoted and fixed 2 problems that had been a problem for over a year! I am sure glad to find them on google as I want them to do any of my work they can.

Wow, what service and what a nice guy owner Nate Lord is. The service that he provided and the timeliness that he made the repair (once parts were received) was better than I could have ever hopped for. Honest, Great Price, Excellent Customer Service and always a smile. Please do yourself a favor, go to the others first so that you can really appreciate what its like to get good service at a good price. Toyota 4Runner Cat replacements (2 of them). Passed emissions with flying colors. Thanks Nate, I have already been speaking with folks about the great service at your shop.

SOOOO VERY IMPRESSED! I called this afternoon and talked to Nate and explained my issue. He told me to bring the car in and they would do the diagnosis on it. Nate wasn’t there when I got there, but one quick phone call to get an idea as to what we talked about and my car was wheels up. Problem ended up being minor; I was in and out in less than an hour. Very impressed with the prompt service at The Muffler Shop! I would recommend you don’t bother contacting the other shops and start here. 3 out of 3? No, 10 out of 3…they are that good!

I brought my wifes KIA Sedona to this shop to get two of the three catalytic converters replaced. I was quoted a price and there was an issue that ended up taking longer than had originally been planned and Nate and his guys are so knowledgeable, they fixed the problem. He also stuck to his original quote, which compared to anyone else I spoke with, was almost half of what anyone else would have charged me. They are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend them without question to anyone I know that needs work done.

I brought in my 1993 Saturn SL2 when it failed emissions and needed a new catalytic converter. Nate, Jay and the guys got me in and out in less than 20 minutes while saving me over $300!! Dont get ripped off elsewhere! Get Nate to give you an estimate before you do the work with anyone else. The last estimate I got before I found The Muffler Shop was $310 higher!! I passed emissions with flying colors and I highly recommend Nate and Jay to anyone that needs muffler work! The Muffler Shop in Buford is now my muffler shop.

After getting quadruple charged from the Nearest muffler shop in my area, I had to tone my exhaust down a little since my son was not a big fan of it. I was not going back to the last place i went to. When I found "The Muffler Shop" I called and spoke with a very professional person who later greeted me with a handshake an exceptional service. This place deserves more stars then 5. If you are looking for a place to have exhaust work done with Top Notch Work + Service this is your place.

Wife called me at work to let me know the check engine light was on. She drove to the Muffler Shop and Nate and team were on it. The problem was quickly identified and a part delivered within an hour. Unfortunately the wrong part was delivered but a shop employee was quick to remedy the situation, get the correct part and install quickly. Great folks, great service and great price! The Muffler Shop remains my go-to shop for all my auto repair needs. Thanks guys!

Nate is defiantly the cream of the crop when it comes down to this line of work, not only did he provide top grade A service, but an amazing price to top it off. Simply called and ask about mufflers and Nate was more then happy to answer my questions. Next day i was in have the muffler installed. A nice custom job done by the muffler shop, and boy dose the mustang sound amazing now. I will come back to get majority of my automotive needs done here.
