Ive been there a year and no one has ever told me they had anything stolen and im in there 6 days a week. The place is clean, management is on the floor available and wailling to help with nutrition, resistance training, cardio, whatever you need. The last gym you will ever need.

Very clean facility, it appears small from the outside but it actually is rather large with lots of machines including free weights. Will definitely be coming back!

Love the zumba instructors, up beat and great energy to keep you moving. More room in dance studio would be helpful and more air circulation.

A good gym. Has the basics. Usually quiet till about 3pm. Then it gets busier, but still good.
