BUYER BEWARE...do not purchase a package from CoreStrong. The gyms phone number is the owners personal cell number. Three voicemails over two weeks until the call was returned. "Sorry about that, text is the best way to communicate with me." Ok, no problem. Class #1 - space heaters everywhere because the heat doesnt work and in the middle of the class the owner comes in with a large dog in tow without a leash. Doesnt acknowledge the class as her dog roams around DURING the class. This must be normal? Class #2 - space heaters and now the LIGHTS dont work. The instructors take turns flipping the breaker. As in, hold that yoga pose for a few minutes while I go flip the breaker for the third time. So, lets go back to the owners cell phone. With the PACKAGE, I purchased Cardio Metabolic Testing. Owner says - via text - shes waiting on a piece for the machine. Ok, no problem. Three weeks later I follow up and she ghosts me. As in, doesnt reply to texts or phone calls. At this point Im gonna take the universes hints and forget about this place...and the money spent.

Stephanie and her team have completely changed my body. Im stronger, leaner and more flexible after a year of Corestrong. The classes are designed so that you could come everyday and work a different area. Yoga, cardio, rowing, boxing, Saturday morning running group, strength and barre; theres something for everyone.
