They charge much higher than full retail price on parts. I asked them to only charge full retail, not gouge.... they wouldnt budge. Work was done but find a different shop for long term maintenance. I even told them I would write an honest review, and still..... much higher than retail. So... here you go. Full Retail for a Detroit 60 series fuel injector from any Freightliner dealership is $358. A regular person can walk into a Freightliner dealership and buy it for $282, I asked to at least take it down to full retail of $358... nope. $404 is what they charged. Thats just one example. Good luck doing business over several years. How much extra will you have to spend compared to another shop?

Horrible The billing department is separate from the shop they take their sweet time And have minimums they dont tell you about till later Just horrible I will not go back on my last leg
