Went in for a simple oil change, Work was done professionally and quickly. it was so well, that i wanted to get my right rear light repaired. Oddly enough my muffler was making odd sounds, like any person with no mechanic "know how" i blamed them. After they repair my tail light (which was the best price around) they took the time to check out my issue and even took the time to show me, explain to me what happened, showed me where it happened and told me that it just happens and its standard car maintenance. I will remain a customer and i highly, HIGHLY, recommend this repair shop. The prices are more than fair, the service is great, and the people are friendly.

My dumbass apartment had around 25 to 30 cars towed by them beacuse they were redoing the parking lots witch they gave us no notice about but thats beside the point the guy there was sopose to leave at 5 and whene and my girlfrend showed up at 535 pm he was still there and helped us instead of sending us on our way without my truck i greatly appreciated it beacuse i have to go to take some test for a new job tomarrow at 930am and with put him being so nice and staying after and still helping me i would have been sol so im grateful for him

One of their drivers almost killed two of my children and myself on 75south. I called the phone number to report him and got cussed out by him and told to pull over on the next exit. Well I pulled over confronted him by his door and the Coward wouldnt get out. Told me to pull over and get out, then he wouldnt get out. This is also being reported to the police and BBB.

I wish I could do negative stars!!! I literally just had my car towed to a garage and instead of them dropping my car off at the address given they dropped it off a block away!!! Basically these people just lost my car. They left it sitting in the middle of Saratoga st in Newport with my keys in my car!!!!!! Im seriously not happy!!!

Wallace Patrick, the rudest person i ever talk to. whom i ask that should have been on time because Im on tight schedule but yell : "shut your mouth, dnt run your mouth on me" i had to correct him, "that how you talk to a customer?" that when he said i not gonna listen to you. DONT EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE

After 15 hrs of waiting for these guys. They still never showed up. Called fit repair. They was there in 30 mi tues. And on my way. Dont tell people over and over that you will be there or on your way. The boys missed their champion ship baseball game because of you. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Took my equinox there for the first time for a wheel bearing. They were quick, honest and didnt try to sell or do anything else than what was needed. The price was very fair. The only time Ive ever left a shop happy and now it rides like a dream. Will be going there from now on.
