Bought tires from this location because of the friendly staff when I originally purchased the tires a few months ago. I left and immediately noticed that my alignment was off after changing and aligning my tires. I went back in and they were very accommodating and tried to fix the problem, however it was still off immediately after leaving. I scheduled an appointment this time so they could have the car longer and they came back to me saying they couldnt get it corrected because it had a bearing going out in the front right side. When I got it home to remove the tired to get the bearing off I couldnt because almost every one of my lugs had been stripped. So long story short, 2 hours and 40 dollars later I had the front tires off. After getting my bearing replaced, which wasnt easy to find for a 2003 Camry, I took the car back to have it realigned again. The staff at the time had also agreed to replace the lugs they stripped and told me they would replace them the next time I came to get my tires rotated as they know what a pain it can be to remove them after they have been stripped. The alignment still is not correct to this day. The last straw for me happened today when I go up to have the tires rotated and the new person in the front office tells me they will not warranty the lugs they stripped after the previous staff member confirming they will be replaced. On top of that he was one of the rudest, most condecending people I have ever spoken with. I would not recommend this place to anyone and hope they getting better training on not only working on the cars, but their soft skills as well.

My family hit a tire treat and got stranded on the highway, out of town, with four children! We ended up getting towed to their shop and they did $1,000 worth of repair! Customer service was great throughout the process. HOWEVER, when we returned home with our van in Ohio, oil was leaking every where. We took it to our trusty shop here at home and they couldnt believe what had happened. Three of the four bolts holding our oil pan (which had been completely replaced) were totally stripped and not even screwed in all the way. Because of this, they had to take every off, including the brand new synthetic oil! We ended up having to pay an additional $300 just to FIX the problems from Bob Sumerel. $200 of this was just labor to fix those problems. $60 was the synthetic oil that had been replaced 4 DAYS before. $40 was for replacement parts, the oil pan kit that had also been replaced 4 DAYS before. We were very disappointed in their work. :o(

Outstanding service. I was passing through Walton KY on my way to GA and one of the tires on my trailer became deflated due to a staple or a nail. I stopped by AAA/Bob Sumerel Tire to get the tire fixed. In the span of 45 minutes that I was spent in their waiting area, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism shown to the customers after me and the potential customers on the phone.

They always try to up-sell customers for more than they need, but the work they do is decent. I made an appointment to have one tire replaced, yet when I got there they really tried to pressure me to replace all 4 tires and seemed to really not want to work on my car unless I replaced all 4...Go elsewhere unless you have AAA membership.

Pulled off the highway when I had some tire problems, and was lucky to find this place. They had me ready to go in an hour and a half at a reasonable price, even though the shop was busy. The free Wifi and comfortable waiting area were great perks. Thank you!

Thanks to them failing to tighten the screws on the cover over where you drain the oil......its been 3 months waiting on them to recieve this part. I guess its time to go to mazda and have them put something on
