My husband is in hospice and went to our storage unit for one of his "outings". Brother in law drove truck, I followed in car. I got out to help BIL enter security code. A new employee pushed/wagged his finger in my husbands face and most rudely and gruffly said something about him not knowing the code. My husband said that is my wife behind us, she knows code and the guy yelled at my husband saying "Im not talking to you" as he continued to wave finger. He then got manager who stuck up for him saying he is there to protect her, and if everyone moved out at same time it would hurt her business!!????? She called next day that incident kept her awake. I explained that regardless of any circumstances, no one has the right to treat another person/customer in that manner to get in someones face like that and she totally missed the point. She said she has 300 units... Will not see that this behavior is unacceptable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - rude, threatening and NOT customer oriented.

i have dealt with the manager Bonnie and the owner Robert Mallien and they both are rude and disrespectful to customers. I would recommend you find other places to store your stuff. I wrote a check to pay for monthly rent and all i had on hand was an orange pen i was told i needed to write a new check that the bank refused it, well i talked to the bank and they told me they would accept it but I could just write over it in black ink to satisfy them, but when i attempted to do so Bonnie started raising her voice and demanding a new check to be written. I am very dissatisfied with the attitudes towards customers I will never use this place again.

Rusty the manager, is always very helpful, prompt & answers all questions. Prices are very fair, and grounds are very nice. Love the amount of security they provide- I never had to worry about anything happening to my belongings. Would definitely recommend!!

Rusty the manager is awesome. Always helps with anything you ask. Explains everything well. Always answers his phone even after hours and on his day off. These units are very clean and well kept. Great place and people all around.
