Ive been a customer for just over a year..... must say that this is the absolute WORST business to ever open... the management or should I say the staff are not very customer friendly....AT ALL.... my bill is due on the 23rd of every month...now granted they do allow at least a 4 day grace period before the late fees kick in however.... I was able to make my payment on time during the month of August..... August 25th to be exact. I went over to my storage unit to drop off some boxes only to find that my storage unit has a double lock on it. Their emergency line is completely full and cannot accept anymore messages so I have to wait until their next business day. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A CONVIENT STORAGE PLACE IN THE BUFORD AREA DO NOT......DO NOT.... DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!!!! ALSO I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

The unit we rented from these people was leaking a substance from the roof that leaked into the unit and damaged are furnishings, I had a 3000.00 table and it damaged the surface and finish it looks horrible. Also there are water damage to other pieces of furniture. They dont care and refuse to take blame for the damage they wrote a lame letter saying there were not liable and that we had no proof the unit damaged our furniture. This is crazy why in the world would I damage a 3000.00 table. Also the manager is on some kind of drug or alcohol she slurs and acts out of her mind. BEWARE....there are other units close around to use. Your furniture will be much safer there. Try a major name storage place rather than these people. Signed, Very UPSET

These ladies are GREAT!!! Personable and willing to help at anytime. They made my move a less stressful and smooth one. I dont mind paying a little more to store here...but I DONT HAVE TO! They have the cheapest prices and the best specials! You wont be sorry you rented here...

My review is not good. We were storing our travel trailer here and it got broken on to. In the past 2 weeks. I would not use this facility due to the people that has access to it. Also who ever does the landscaping purposely sprayed our trailer with grass clippings.
