I helped my grandfather move nearly all of his belongings here when he was moving because it was close and convenient to his house on Lake Jackson. This was not a great decision considering several units, including my grandfathers, was broken into and had several items stolen. They did put a better lock on the unit afterwards, but gave no accommodations otherwise. They also have no security cameras, which we were not aware of, so there was no way for the police to know who had broken in since the fingerprint dusting was unsuccessful. Im just disappointed that this happened due to their lack of security, and they did nothing to remedy the situation.

Very nice people! Easy to work with and very helpful anytime I needed anything. Reasonable prices. There is a deposit but you get it back when you move out of the unit. It is a family owned business. I would recommend renting a unit here!

Very nice facility with the most reasonable prices around. We store our outdoor furniture in the winter. For the price of renting a unit, it is cheaper than replacing cushions and umbrellas every year.
