Compass Self Storage is a clean, safe and secure facility with reasonable rates. I can attest to regular checks of the units and property as I was notified when I inadvertently left my unit unlocked after a visit. Roy, Andrea and Carol are always very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly in assisting with any and all questions and needs. Its always a pleasure coming in to do business, pay the monthly rent and chat. These are outstanding people who provide an outstanding service! I would highly recommend this storage facility.

I moved from 700 miles away and I was so worried about the storage security and cleanliness. And Compass in Conyers is A-1!!!!! Ron is serious about security and pest control. He was so helpful and just plain nice, qualities that so many lack these days. You wont be sorry about this choice. A++

I have intermittently rented spaces from this facility over the past 10 years and have always found them to be easy to work with and clean. They raised prices 3-4 times in less than a year. There customer service was poor when they locked me in the gate. Too anxious to put lock on storage doors in preparation for auction.

Facitity is wonderful and the managers are great people. The PROBLEM is the home office which raises rates 2-3 times a year. I wish I got 10% raises 2-3 times a year!
