REVIEW IS FOR UNIT 227 As far as the storage itself and the initial experience with Extra Space, I have no complaints. Ive had the unit for about 2 months now, and this weekend my family and I were going through an unexpected eviction due to an illness and we were rushed to move everything in time. Last night we were unloading our last load and a lady, whom Im assuming was the manager since she appeared to live on the property, pulled down to where we were, (silver/gray Toyota Corolla) got out and said "yall have 2 minutes to get out of here, the gate will lock yall in here so you got 2 minutes to get out." Now, Im all for you enforcing your little rules and all, BUT its not WHAT you say, its HOW you say it! She said it so disrespectfully, until I had to stand there a minute and go over in my mind what I had done to this woman. Even one of the kids said "why did she have to say it like that?" Needless to say, with an already tense situation, this pissed me off to the max! Im going to assume she had vision clear enough to see we obviously had our things sitting outside trying to pack them into the storage as quickly as possible. It had been a long day, we were cold and just as ready to as she was ready for us to go. Perhaps we disturbed her from her JOB by coming so close to gate closing hours. Whatever it was, we DID NOT appreciate being approached in that manner. When Im spending my hard earned money on a service, especially with a company as reputable as Extra Space; I expect PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS treatment despite how youre personally feeling! Instead, I got a of huge plate DISCOURTESY with a side of UNPROFESSIONAL-ISM!! Superior customer service does not cost you a dime but obviously we paid the price for inconveniencing the Extra Space Patrol. In an already distressing situation, the bomb is already planted, its just waiting for the detonator to be pushed and her antagonistic approach could have very well did it for me! Although were not hostile individuals, the nature of the situation, could have caused it to escalate rather quickly. What makes it so bad is we were there well after gate closing hours the night before and were able to get out with no problems; perhaps she couldnt get her Grinch sleep, I mean beauty sleep until everyone was cleared out of the inside; but thats still no reason to handle it with the type of attitude that she displayed!

Dawn was very courteous and keeps this facility very clean. However, the prices charged were a bit more expensive than I am used to. Extra Space Storage (or at least this facility) requires you to pay a $9.00 per month insurance fee in addition to your normal charges. In my case, the already-high rate of $41.00/month for a 5x10 unit was being increased to $46.00/month. With insurance, thats $55.00/month. Also, because of my schedule, I require 24/7 access to my storage facility, and was told that if I wanted 24/7 access, I would have to pay an additional $10.00/month, bringing my monthly payment to $65.00 for a 5x10 unit. A bit pricey for the size. I have since moved my belongings to Southern Storage in Loganville. I currently pay $90.00/month for a 10x15 unit and full 24/7 access, and have always been pleased with their service.

I have been with extra Space Storage for more than 10 years. They have been very good to me. The girls that are running extra Space Storage right now have been wonderful. I have lost my father recently then have another loved one sick. Theyre professionalism and compassion has been above board. Working with me when the time got rough. As far as my stuff in storage goes only 1 time was my lock ever taken off without me knowing about it. Other than that, in 10 years, I think thats pretty good service. I havent had any of my stuff stolen, nothing damaged, that I know of. I have an inside storage unit. It suits me to a tee. I can come and go as I need to. If I forget something the staff is courteous and very helpful. I dont think I could say enough about Extra Space Storage. Especially the ladies that are running it right now.

I went in to this location today to rent a storage unit and was given exceptional service by Eartha. She rode me around the facility showing me how clean it was and I must say this is the cleanest storage place Ive ever gone to and the office smelled really good. She offered me and my family water which I thought was extra nice. It took me no time to decide that I was going to rent from this location! Only to get a call from my husband saying that he rented from another company!!! I am distraught! I will say to anyone that is looking for a storage unit to come to this location.I really wish I could rate Earthas service more than 5 stars cause she deserve it. Thanks Eartha

This establishment & its staff have been very helpful to me through my transition. Without hesitation, "helpful" ,,, and at times even before I knew I needed it. Occasionally Ive received courtesy calls to remind me of an upcoming bill. Just recently I was guided through automated drafting for finances to be taken out each month (Yes I needed help). Now thats something less for me to think about each month ,,, A sheer pleasure doing business here! My wife and I stored all of our furniture here while we waited for our new home to be constructed. When storing all the furniture and belongings that we accumulated over the last 5 years, I was a little bit concerned about safety. I wanted to make sure that my belongings were safe. Fortunately after having everything in storage for 3 months, we had no problems at all. Throughout everything the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. In fact, that was probably the thing I enjoyed most about my stay.

I was a walkin customer, & I have to say I was fascinated by the level of service I recieved. It was amazing how quick & easy it was to mover over from my old storage to extra space the price was unbeatable plus they dont sugar coat anything at all its all straight foward. on top of that i got insurance which was wonderful. I am very happy & please & I will be storing & recommending this storage facility for a life time. I would also like to thank Mr. Brandon Brown who made this all possible & easy.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile. The employees were exceptionally professional knowledgable and helpful. It was quite a pleasurable experience especially coming straight from Uhaul who ticked me off royally. Im glad I decided to visit Extra Space Storage. I wish I could have done this review on my phone but my memory is full and it wont open up my Google app. Mrs. Owens and Ms. Hall were awesome!!
