HORRRRIBLE...... I have used this U-Haul locations several times before and had awesome experiences. But it only takes one time for me to have a horrible experience and that does it. One employee made them loose me as a customer for life. He was rude and act like he was doing me a favor noooo Im doing you a favor Im giving you business. When I arrived it was early morning around 7am the employee had a attitude from initially me coming through the door. I had made reservations on line so I was told that the 10 ft. truck had a ramp on it so I can use to load a washer and dryer on to the truck hence this was the only two pieces of appliances I was going to pick up in another city. So when I noticed the truck did not have the ramp. I told the employee I wanted to get the van since the price per miles were cheaper an since I was going to have to figure out how I was going to get the washer & dryer loaded anyway. The employee acted like I was spending his money he had a attitude out this world and was not customer service oriented at all. After I was rudely told I had to cancel that reservation and start over which was fine. The employee was rude af the whole time he was re-doing the paperwork. But what cut the cake is when I returned the van the same employee lied and said the gas was incorrect like I didnt know how to put gas back where I found it. I have been driving for over 15years I know what the gages read and how to read them. Instead of arguing with the employee I said whatever and left. This company does not have to worry about me and my money again I will pay extra money to rent a u-haul even if its a couple exits up or down.. just so this particular u-haul want get my money every again.

Horrible experience with a hitch install. Went with them because the installation was more involved than I wanted to handle myself (drilling holes, etc). The install took almost three hours, in contrast to 45 minutes quoted by the manual for a professional installer. Next day my wife noticed a rattling sound coming from the back of the car while the car was idling. When I went under to check it out, I noticed that one of the rubber hangers is not attached to the muffler; moreover, it was conveniently stuffed above the hitch. Upon further investigation, I noticed that the heat shield was missing. The instructions for this particular hitch spell out the procedure of removing the heat shield, trimming a small portion of it off, and then reinstalling it back. In addition, two out of three plastic bumper retainers were missing. Went back two days later, talked to the guy that actually performed the installation. He mentioned that the manager told him not to reinstall the heat shield. Of course, by that time the heat shield was thrown out. I chatted with the manager, and she said she would order a new one for me. It has been two months since the incident, and I have not had the pleasure talking to her again. I must have called and left messages a dozen times asking her to call me back, to no avail. She is conveniently either not there, or super busy at the moment. As a side note, I could almost swear I heard a grinder going off in the installation bay when my car was the only one there (instructions call for a 1 1/8" hole saw). I am scared to take the hitch off to see what was done to the frame of the vehicle.

I rented on pleasent Hill road call this morning on my way to pick up to tell me they have no trucks and there all damage yeah ok dont deserve a star a minus star And customer service is awful as well please dont rent from this company to call in morning on my way all trucks are damage do you no how many trucks are at this location as well dont believe them never rent from them which u do alot with my co I rather spend a few extra bucks for better customer service thats what is more important to me rent beware becareful everyone

Avoided other locations in the Duluth area when I saw the reviews of their locations. This location next to the LaZ Boy Store on Pleasant Hill has polite, courteous, helpful and happy staff. From reservations to checking out the truck and bringing it back, these guys were hopping to make sure that you had what you needed and quick to turn the trucks back around to get them ready for the next person. Great attitudes among the staff abound here. Many thanks to you all for a great rental experience.

The staff is fast friendly and professional if you communicate exactly what your needs are for your rental they will help you with the best option I clearly needed a vehicle for two days but it look like it may went or want to go for 3 days. They showed me the best option to rent a vehicle and save money. I have to give them 5 stars because they are customer-driven and they are willing to help.

Horrible service no communication skills as you ask questions of staff and get wrong information from them racking up more money to charge you for truck rentals. GREEDY$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ if you like your money stay away from this Uhaul storage. PS Read your policy with them cause they will get you on more fees cause thats their game.

My husband got a hitch installed to his SUV here and it cost in total $131. They only charged about $37 for labor (half an hour worth). He is mostly satisfied with it, except he said when they cut into the bumper they cut a bit more than needed.

I have used this location many times for uhaul rental and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I will never rent from a uhaul authorized agent after going to a this uhaul store. They take good care of you here!

Great customer service and staff at this location. I always rent my U-Hauls from here and we had a storage unit here for 15 months. No issues always clean and very nice employees. Highly recommended this store.

Ive been here several times to buy some boxes and the staff is always polite and I usually dont have to wait too long. The parking can sometimes be a little tricky but Ive never not been able to find a spot.

I haves used this storage and the trucks clean and friendly but they locked me out of my storage for no reason so be careful they did take the lock off without a problem but it was a inconvenience
