This place is a JOKE! When we choose this facility OUT OF MANY in Henry county their were different owners and we very happy however unfortunately they have sold to I Storage and we are miserable! The ladies that work in the office have no idea what they are doing or what is going on and they CONTINUOUSLY have been raising rates and if you are late the fee is $20 and on top of that they only tell you a few weeks before they raise the rates so you have no time to find and move your things even if you wanted to because you have to give them a notice. I will be moving my things from I storage as soon as possible! Please do not let them fool you with initial rates which my friend started with and now is paying over 100 for the unit as am I however but again I rented this Unit under different ownership and was paying 85 and now they have changed it 100! When I spoke to the manager she said their was nothing she could do and that my increase was nothing compared to others, I asked how often I could expect an increase she stated it could be monthly or if not at least every six months! The good reviews are from when the company just bought the property so they had not started all the changes but trust me this isnt the place you want to store your things.

This company smiled in my face to get my business but when I fell into a rut and got stuck behind the gate after hours they were very nasty and nobody was able to help me until I figured out how to get out by pressing the button on the bottom of the motor and then slide the gate open. The people that stayed on site was looking at me through the window):( even the police wouldnt help me out. He told me to leave my car and hop over the 8ft rot iron gate with metal stakes sharper then a 2 edge sword and get my car when the storage opens. Ummm...

The Manager Tina and the District Manager David has help me and work with me in my time of need. This place is the best Storage Unit i ever had. Customer Service means alot and they gave me great Customer Service. If anyone looking at this place to store there things, i highly recommend you to this facility, plus the facility is extra clean, plus has a clean restroom to use when you need it.

The only reason I am giving a low rating is because I am currently still waiting for someone to give me a call back in regards to my refund. I have left 2 messages and called everyday this week and no one is returning my call or answering the phone. Not good customer service when you are trying to get your money back! My advice would be to NOT set up auto pay with this company.

I received great service from Tina at the facility. She is fantastic. My experience with the customer service call centers was HORRIFIC. These people never returned my calls, twisted my comments around, quoted legal jargon, falsely advertised a discount, and were generally unprofessional. If it wasnt for Tina, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
