I have to say that the customer service that I got from this company was really excellent and they also made sure that all my questions was answered. They also made sure to give me details of the everything and they gave me a good tour of the property so I knew where my storage unit was located. Also Kristen was such a good helper in giving me everything I need it to know before we moved in. If I ever need to storage anything in the future you guys will be my first pick!!!!!!

Moving can be a stressful experience, but Denise at Public Storage in Jackson helped make my move a much easier time. She remained in contact with me throughout the day as my move was inevitably delayed and even offered to stay late if needed. Every time Ive stopped by the unit since moving in, Ive been welcomed with a smile. Great customer service!

Went in to pay my moms unit and Lindsey was so helpful, she was training Kaycie and let Kaycie take the payment. I was greeted with excitement and loved being felt welcomed by the two of them even tho i dont store there. I highly recommend going to this location if u need storage.
