Cassandra is AWESOME!!!!!!, and that is an understatement! I love how she pays attention to her clients needs and concerns and is an active problem solver who always wants to ensure a win win situation. She has never provided less than SUPERIOR assistance in any scenario and it is because of her I reccomend that facility to any and all. I love coming in and visiting with her to get the latest updates and feeling like a valued client is her specialty. Thank you Cassandra for being AWESOME!!!! I need to add that I met Joy the other day in the management office and she too is phenomenal with her professionalism, GREAT personality, and attention to her clients needs to assist in any way that she can. Entering into the leasing office I was met by two beyond friendly and spirited women.(Tedra and Jay) Their big smiles and great sense of humor could make for someones trying situation a great turn around. For being on Memorial dr., this nice clean facility, lot and office caught my off guard and Im glad everyone elses lack of space pointed/guided me to this storage facility. Knowledgable staff made for a swift business interaction and I hope everyone feels the treatment that I felt. This is how business should opporate. I rented several storage spaces with Extra Space at this location over a 3 year period. They have great customer service. I mentioned an issue with seeing some rat turds in the outside storage space and they promptly provided some poison packets to put inside my space. I didnt see any rats after that. I even lost a key to a lock and they gladly went and cut the lock for me. The storage spaces were kept clean and the buildings are in good condition. They have a good security gate and a number of security cameras. I would recommend this location for your storage needs.

I really would like to say that the people who work at this location have been very helpful & Nice to me at all times.I have two storage units there & they make me feel very secure that my belongings are safe.Ive dealt with Ms.LOrtiz on numerous occasions & i must say she is over exceeds my expectations at all times..I will even say that Ive spoken to Cleveland a few times on the phone & he is a very nice man as well..Ill be using this location any time I need storage & Im already referring ppl there as often as I can..Thanks Guys!!

Being in Atlanta I have learned that customer service at times is pretty bad. I expect it to be honest. It was a very pleasant and friendly experience upon my entry. Robert was friendly hower Tedra was exceptional. She was very polite and professional. She seemed to enjoy her job and made sure she covered all the information. Great experience. I would recommend anyone to this establishment. Outstanding customer service.

I have been renting at Extra Space Storage for approximately 1 year. The experience is excellent for my needs. Facility is clean, safe, well maintain, and manage well. Even during late hours, the safety features are present. Management takes the time to see that your stay is a satisfactory one. I have no plans on changing facility because I am very satisfied. Facility is clean and in good condition. It is safe to store your items there. The only thing is the management is extremely slow at fixing the facility. For example, the front gate and the only one was dysfunctional because some one ran over it, management took about 1 month to fix it. Meaning anyone could come in and out at any given time. Other than that the place is good and will serve your needs just fine.

Robert at this location told me in December that I could transfer to another unit but he did not explain that we only had 24 hours to do so. I paid for both. When I moved today he refused to transfer the left over money. Because of the lack of completely disclosing the rules of transfer I would not do business here in the future. I will be relocating my stuff to some other place. This place is dishonest!

extra space storage staff is always helpful courteous and professional we have six units here and are satisfied that with them are older units increase yearly in rate which is a problem for us but hopefully this will be taken care of with the meeting that we have this week with the general manager but overall we are very happy love the way that the facility is set up especially with the dock area

This was my first storage experience and it was wonderful! I was greeted promptly by Mr Harris who showed me the unit I reserved. It wasnt exactly what I was looking for but he was able to show me another unit in a climate controlled space and he even honored the online price!!! I am very satisfied with the level of customer service here and the knowledge of the staff. Thx Mr Harris.

I have rented many in storage facilities. Yet I have never had a great an initial experience as the one i enjoyed at Extra Space. The easy Paper-work, the kind attention of Lisa and her staff, the uncomplicated access, reasonable rates and the ability to pull into the building in your vehicle right up to your unit make it nearly perfect storage facility in my estimation.

Had a overall great experience. Cleveland and Liza are the best. I ran into a situation where my storage space was too small and needed to be changed immediately. I just moved back to Atlanta and the transition has not be easy. They were able to assist me with the changes that day and surpassed my expectation. anytime I need more storage, I know where Im going.... Thanks

This was the worst storage experience ever! Someone attempted to break into my storage the first month I was there. Then three months later they succeeded in breaking in my storage. The office said they couldnt do anything about it Ill I could do was fill a claim if I had insurance or if not theres nothing could be done. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy!

The facility is large with plenty of options for rooms. Access times are convenient, although I would feel a little unsafe accessing late. THey did sneak in an insurance charge when I showed up. The website said that everything required insurance, but if you carry insurance you are covered. When i arrived, they said their insurance fee was mandatory.

I contacted extra space at 2pm today I was greeted with friendly voice and directed to the memorial drive location next chic-fila in stone mountain. I arrived around 4pm. The location was clean and orderly. The male agent was friendly and explained all I needed to know he closed the deal. I rented my space today. ... thanks again extra storage

Awesome experience at Extra Space Storage on Memorial Dr. The staff answered all of my questions and was very friendly. I did not hesitate to rent from them. They have very good prices available. I wanted a climate control unit and I feel like it is worth the price to have my stuff safe. Mr.Vega was very helpful. I highly recommend this place.
