OMG where do I start first when I was first moving in the lady told me I could not get a storage unit because I know the public storage I told her that there was no way so she sending me to a different place I got to another Public Storage it was perfect everything was perfectly fine they said I didnt know any money while at the other stores the lady from this location had called me back and told me that there was a mistake and that I can rent the unit after all this miscommunication things could have been right if she had better customer service skills so I almost been with this storage for a year now and every time I go into the office I have a problem with this lady first off she does not know how to talk to you to the customers I went into the building today to go ask for my gate code so that I can get to my storage she asked me to wait outside what kind of professional business actually to wait outside so if you were looking to get a problem stores here I will advise you to look elsewhere this lady is full of crap

I dont know whats worse the rats that destroyed my entire storage unit or the water that leaked in and destroyed everything else. On top of that my insurance was cancelled and no one bothered to tell me.I havent been able to get anyone there at the same time as me in a convenient way to remove my items and now they want to charge me extra money for it. All along they were telling me I had to keep the items there for the insurance company knowing that I didnt have insurance anymore. All the money Ive paid to protect my things is gone. Almost all of my belongings are destroyed. And yet you still want money from me??!! Months ago when I notified Jackie about the rat dropping her comforting response was.... "Someone has food in a unit but Im not sure who." Should have had a hazmat team to clean out all of the rat nests, pee and poop.

I called the 1800 number to make a reservation as it approached the appointment time I got a call from a young lady named Jackie who pleasantly confirmed my appointment and offered directions. Once I got to the location I met with Jackie and was greeted warmly. Because I was pressed fir time I wanted to skip some of the formalities and it was explained that it was all necessary and that she would make the experience as efficient and informative as she possibly could in the least amount of time. It became clear to me when touring the facility why protocol was necessary. We visited a 10x10 which I had been sure in my mind to have been big enough space. Needless to say it Was Not lol. Jackie saved me all kinds of time and energy that would have been spent trying to rectify my own mistake. Thanks Jackie

Jackie and LaQuayle, made my daughter and myself have a great experiecne. Dyanndron, and myself have been employed as salepersons and customer service reps. And we are always watching for enhancements from others to improve our skillset. Jackie and LaQuayle knew the products, did the presentation to sales of different company merchandise (Loved IT!). Dyanndron did the inspection of the storage unit with LaQuayle, and stated, " LaQuayle was professional and friendly and once again made sure we had the proper size unit for our items/stuff. While Jackie and I exchange small talk,Jackie has a personal personality that draws a person in but with a professional demeanor. Great teamwork, Public Storage Jackie and LaQuayle ROCKS!!!!

Before I moved in I got phone calls everyday about my reservation which was annoying. When I actually moved in on 3/18/16 the pesron was nice and friendly. then on May 30th Jackie called my phone said it was a break in and i must come and see if any of my things were missing. All my eectro=nics, TVs and computers with my stocks and bond. Yes i havd insurance which did not pay me but a fraction of what I paid, one of my tvs was 2700 and i didnt even back even that not to mention my other belongings . so I couldnt buy it back. But through it all no one ever said Sorry. That goes a long way now someone is out there with all my personal information not

The customer service was great at this location. Jackie was my customer service representative. Before I even had a chance to open my email, I received a call about my online reservation. Jackie promptly set up an appointment for me. She explained all the terms and conditions so I would understand them. She repeated important information so I would not forget anything, She answered all my questions. She also advised me on my additional packing supply purchase. Jackie provided excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location based on the level of service I received today.

Susan was the customer care representative at the 840 Hambrick Road location in Stone Mountain where my items will be stored. Susan was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork details. Susan drive me out to an available 5×10 Unit I liked the unit and decided to rent the unit. Susan was very professional and friendly I would recommend this location to others.

In a day when companies opt to do less and less, respond with irritating automated customer service machines...or no customer service at all...it was a pleasure to be served by a knowledgable, smiling, efficient human being (Daja) who was highly professional and able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I was very impressed with the friendly customer service I received from Jacqueline. I arrived at tge location five minutes before her lunch however she still waited to get me processed in before she went to eat. Excellent service provided. I would recommend this unit to anyone in the area in need of storage.

This is one of the cleanest places Ive seen in a long time. The pleasant scent that I encountered as soon as I opened the door was great! The customer service I received from Jackie was off the charts and she did a great job making sure that I was satisfied with the unit that I rented. Great job Jackie!

I have a unit at jimmy carter blvd location but I stay closer to Hambrick location where I make my payment. Every time I go to make my payment at this location Evelyn is always helpful and always has a smile to great me when I come in. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage!
