Hey I just want to take the time to write a review for Ms. Mary at Public Storage on Holcomb Bridge Rd. It was my sincerest intention to write a review before Christmas but after being caught in that horrific Atlanta traffic I completely forgot until today. Ms. Mary is the epitome of kindness, patience, professionalism and courtesy. You guys should be proud to have such an outstanding employee. Whenever I go she is always the one there to greet me with a polite smile. I wanted to ask you guys to allow her to be off for Christmas eve but since I didnt get the chance Im asking if you guys will please allow Ms. Mary to be off the entire day of New Years eve and to buy her some lunch, send her a nice dinner certificate or something just showing that you appreciate her hard work in being a dedicated employee. As you know good employees are hard to find so showing the ones you have that you care motivates good employees to be even greater. Thank you for taking the time to read my review!

The customer service here is outstanding. Mary greets us with a smile and positive attitude always. The spaces are clean, including the bathroom and parking lot- and the climate control is nice. My review is five stars for MARY! Moving is a great source of stress, and she helps alleviate that. ... My complaint is the slight hassle of getting a cart. The system needs to be changed. Its required to turn your license in at the front office to get a cart. Its inconvenient because if the employee is showing someone a space or doing something else, you will have to wait around for a cart. Youre required to purchase insurance, which increases the monthly rate by $11 minimum. This should be included in the rate they advertise, in my opinion, as its not optional.

Mary is awesome and an asset to the business. She is friendly, and efficient. She knows if you are busy, on a tight schedule. She thinks of everything you need. She does the sales pitch, of course, but when told "no thanks" she does understand, and she gets on with the job. A great place, I totally recommend this location. If every Public Storage has a Mary, their competitors had better watch out. (Thank you Mary for your courtesy and efficiency today - for getting the paperwork done super efficiently and for being there when we needed you to get us a flat bed cart and taking it back when we knocked on the door... You are a star! I hope Public Storage knows how good you are at what you do - Paul 11am Feb 20th 2016)

I was at this facility over the Labor Day weekend. The office manager, Mary, and the sales associate, Maya, were extremely friendly and welcoming. They helped me arrive at, what I hope, is the best decision for me, by showing me options. They were certainly short-staffed, judging by the traffic they were handling, which added to the wait time. When the lock on a unit presented problems, the Area Manager, Brittany, pitched in to resolve the issue. I was very impressed by the general efficiency at this location, given that this was my very first experience at a storage place.

Ive been a customer with the public storage for years. And the manager ( Ms. Mary) is such a pheasant lady. She was a manager @ the Johns Creek location & now is @ the Holcomb Bridge location. I went around looking for her, and there shes @ the Holcomb Bridge location. The workers are very pleasant & will go above the call of duty to be of much help to you. They are family. Stop by for all your storage needs. Dont forget to ask for Ms Mary ( property manager) @ the Holcomb Bridge on Peachtree Parkway.

A Penny For Your Thoughts

This is the cleanest facility that I have ever been to..I initially was referred to a facility on Jimmy Carter and when I was unable to find it, ended up here. The facility was about to close, and I needed a unit. Within 10 minutes, Mary had one ready for me. After having the most horrible day, she made sure that she made me feel better(something that is not in her job description). I would highly recommend this facility to anyone! Keep up the good work!

Mary from Public Storage Peachtree Corners was very helpful & professional! I got a great rate (she has nothing to do with that) & was signed/leased the same day I came in! For the stuff I had, she provided a perfect space. She offered other products to make my move easier & protection for my items! She was very efficient & explained thoroughly what I was getting into! Maya and Mary are extremely professional and knowledgeable to any questions and concerns that have occurred over the 8 months that I have had with public storage. The facility is always clean and I have had no issues with the security of my belongings. I highly recommend this location and that you request one of these ladies to make your transactions to run smoothly. 5 STARS...

I visited this storage facility on 2 occasions and was treated like a VIP customer. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They showed me available units and discussed pricing. The facility is very clean and fresh--not stale and stuffy. Mary, the manager, is a consummate professional. With such outstanding service, I know my belongings are in good hands.

Mary was sooooo helpful and patient with me in trying to find the perfect size storage! If it wasnt for her I would have ended up with too small of storage which would have wasted money and time. Also I go in once a month to pay for my fathers storage and she is always nice and friendly. Thanks a bunch Mary!
