A truly quality experience. Although the location was what attracted us (very close to where we needed to be), it was the professionalism and of the manager, Mary, that caused us to rent a second unit and increase our usage. She found ways to be creative and look for the most effective ways to meet our storage needs during a time of change for us. Well done, more of our business will come to this location and it will be recommended. I update this now a week or so later to add that even in the absence of the manager, Andreas, in her stead, was also very helpful managing multiple customers at once and helping us with a complicated transfer of units.

Getting a storage space should be utilitarian. That isnt what I got. Sure, I got my storage unit. A clean unit on maintained grounds, behind a security gate. Not sure what to say about a storage unit other than the unit and facility will do the needful. But I also had a good laugh while dealing with John. He even gave me a deal that started after I signed up online but before coming in to sign the contract. He didnt have to do that. There are several storage choices in the area that will do the needful. But why deny yourself great customer service when you can get it?

This is my first exposure to Public Storage, and it was very pleasant. John was a dream to work with. He went out of his way to make my experience sufficiently rewarding to take time for. He searched multiple options to accommodate my property, and advised me on the best option, considering my situation. Yes I know, I was expecting too much, but he delivered. The place is clean and John was marvelous. The price is also very competitive. Thank you Public Storage for hiring John, he really did make a difference.

Very convenient location, friendly helpful service while renting a small storage unit. I had to return to retrieve a few things and the roll down door was stuck. Without having to ask for assistance, John suddenly appeared and saved the day. He got the door open (no simple task - my furniture was blocking the roll device) helped me remove items obstructing the things I needed, and sent me on my way. Truly great service above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend the Johns Creek Public Storage.

The property has exceptional staff and a good layout. The staff (John, Beth, Ebony, and Reid) were easy to work with in getting things set up so that I had a hassle-free move-in on the timeline that I needed. Thank you for a great experience!

John was amazing! He was so helpful. When I walked in he had great customer service and was really helpful in informing me of the specials, rates, and storage units. He showed me my exact unit before talking about costs and he made sure to know what I needed stored so he could find me a good sized unit. Moving is stressful but people like John make the move easier. I would definitely recommend this public storage.

He expedited it and had me rolling again in minutes. He then switched units around when my needs changed just 2 days later, and did it with a smile. Remembered me by name, and a great sense of humor. I ended up having to have two units, one large and one small. John went above and beyond to make sure that everything was squared away. He has a wonderful sense of humor and fantastic customer service skills. He was a joy to work with. I would recommend this facility to anyone without hesitation. Excellent on-site facility manager John, and others. This facility is always clean and secure. I have 2 units, one climate controlled and one outdoor. The inside unit is always cool and dry and well lit, and push carts are available for loading/unloading. The facility has a coded gate for entry and exit, and it is always operational. Inside the gated area is clean with easy access to all storage units.

Loved the customer service rep John! He is friendly, helpful, funny, and very personable. The location of the business is ideal making it easy to turn into and easy to leave. The facility is well maintained with moving carts readily available. Units are in good condition. Feel safe going in and out of the unit during the day or night.

This was my first experience with a storage facility. Zenaida was my property manager on the day that I went. She was very patient and helpful. We evaluated two different storage locations. Public Storage offered a bigger space - climate controled - at a lower cost. Gary Smith, the manager, was very helpful and professional. Well be renting for a year or more so its important to us that we found a secure location that is well managed and maintained. Very pleased!

Stopped by to take a tour of the facility while looking for a storage unit in the area. I met with Andreas, had a great view of the facilities and came back the next day to rent my unit. Very helpful and professional, I would definitely recommend using this place if you need a storage unit in the Johns Creek/Alpharetta area.

Easy process even though the day I went in the computers were down John still did everything in a fast and positive and pleasant manner. I had to leave and go back to work and he let me come back and had all of my paper work ready to be signed was in and out within 5-10 mins after coming back. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
