Very shady. First they double rented our storage unit. We paid for the unit for several months, and when we finally went to move our stuff in, they were renting the same unit to someone else. Double dipping. They relocated us to another unit (no refund) and a couple months later, when new ownership took over, they called to give me less than a months notice that they were increasing my monthly bill by 50%!! Not a lot of time to relocate. Not very professional. Poor customer service from new owner Greg Miner.

If you can store anywhere else - do it! Got the cord chopped off our RV for the copper, and they dont plan to change security at all to keep it from happening again. Didnt even know how their cameras worked. Tish/office manager is always screwing up payments and the owner doesnt care. Even when you provide proof the checks cleared before they were due - she still locks you out without telling you!!! This has happened several times now.
