This lady was beyond the rudest person Ive ever met. So I purchase a unit and by accident put my stuff in c-29 instead of d-29. She told me my unit was around the corner all the way on the end. The only #29 on the end was c-29....and it only read 29....no letters listed....you have to go to the opposite end to see the letter. So I assumed i had the right unit based on the location she gave me. So she called my phone going off saying I messed up so much and pretty much threaten me if I didnt come by 3:00 and then slammed the phone down in my ear. She knew that i had mistakenly used c-29 and placed a lock on my unit. She was so rude. I tired to apologize and told her it was a simple mistake and my intentions were good. Her customer service skill are the worst....I hardly ever post bad reviews but I had to with this woman. Please read the other reviews they are true....due to it been the biggest movie day of the year for college student all other storages were full so even after reading the reviews I took a chance because I had no choice....PLEASE DONT GO HERE U WILL REGRET IT!!! ZERO STARS

At first the lady that runs the business was very nice. When trying to coordinate closing the unit from another state i dealt with another person entirely. She was very rude and basically was no help at all. Worst experience Ive had with an individual at a business ever. I would strongly recomend trying any other storage facility in Tallahassee, this was the closest to my house so I used it. Now that Im done dealing with this, I would have rather drove to Quincy for a unit!!! Cleanliness 0, Customer Service 0, Security 0, Building to put your things in 1 Star.

Sentry Self Service Storage was Outstanding . I was in need of immediate storage, and I called and left messages with other storage facilities. Sentry was the only one who returned my call. The manager was so helpful I told her what I wanted it for and she was able to advise me of the best size unit that I needed . Pam was helpful, professional, and friendly. I would use this facility again and certainly recommend it to my family and friends .

wonderful management, wonderful service, great prices! clean storage units with awesome drainage system and lip at the door in order to ensure safety from the rain! Will definitely be using sentry self service for my next move!

Called to get prices and was confused because first the lady said 58 then 72, so I was just asking and the lady goes "theres tax, this is America" as nasty as can be. Not how you treat someone who was interested in your storage.

I called just to get information and her rude ass hung up for me asking will there be 24 hour access and then asked me why I needed it um because I dont want people to see my perineal items will not recommend to anybody !!
