We moved across country and couldnt close on our house on the originally planned date. I called Public Storage to find a location in metro Atlanta that could accept a long-haul moving van. Finally, they told me that the location on Peachtree Industrial was the only/best location that could accept an 18-wheeler long-distance moving van. I expressed concern, but was assured that the truck could make the turns on the property. Ultimately, when our driver arrived to pre-inspect the property, he determined that he in fact could not enter the property, I had just a few hours to find an alternate location. When I visited the location, the manager told me she thought the truck would be able to access the site and refused to refund me my $130+ rental I prepaid for the month. They offered a $40 refund. When I asked for a full refund, she said that the area manager would have to approve that and she would have them call me. That was over a month ago and no call as of yet. Now this was after I they attempted to coerce me into purchasing their insurance and their lock. Their lock that they sell for $20 for your convenience is available at Home Depot for $12. Most likely, your renters/homeowners covers your property while its stored. But the site manager tried to tell me I HAD to purchase theirs, its required. Only when challenged did he say I COULD provide proof that I have insurance. I would not recommend this or any Public Storage facility.

Busy, busy Saturday at PS. Clint Ridley was our multi-tasker extraordinaire! Since I wasnt feeling great, Clint got me a chair to sit on while we proceeded to vacate my current unit in order to upgrade to a larger one. I never felt neglected with a steady stream of customers parading thru the front door. He was singing new contracts, collecting payment, handling questions and able to get my hubby and me a nice large unit, with easy access, much nearer the access door, at a very reasonable rate. Clint was personable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Ive done business here before and will continue to do business at this clean, neat facility especially since they have great staff. Thanks Clint, keep up the good work and I will see you very soon.

Ive never been much of a review kind of person but this particular location was absolutely outstanding, the customer service that Mayra offered, she delivered , besides the fact she really explained everything very clearly and she just made the whole process super easy and quick , she gave me my options and then recommended the one that was best for me. She always called me a few days before payment was due just to make sure I didnt get any late fees , and thats just a nice thing to do as a person and as an employee for public storage. Overall a great location and customer service I will definitely be coming back and be recommending this location.

I rented a unit at this location about an year ago and needed to get a bigger unit. Last Friiay, 9/8, I went in to the office and John was very knowlegable and friendly in assisting me with my transfer. He took me out to see my new unit and I when I told him that I preferred an outdoor unit, John did not hesitate to accommodate my request. My transfer experience was very pleasant and I received a follow-up voicemail yesterday from an associate (sorry I done remember her name) to confirm that I was moved and stated if I needed any additional assistance to call back. Great Customer Service!

I highly recommend Public Storage on 3865 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. I called several times with questions. I had the pleasure of speaking with Cedric before arriving at the storage. He was very knowledgeable of the store policies. As I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by him. The entire visit, he demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills. He provided an outstanding customer service experience. He explained the policies and procedures, walked me to my storage, and even helped me with my unlocking lock.

Great Service! Kyle went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer. He got me the special they were having and was very thorough with his explanations for any inquiries or concerns I had. He made sure to explain all procedures on how to get in and out of the storage unit and property. At the end I could not think of anything that he had not already covered without my asking. His patience and kindness was everything a customer could want! :) DEFINITELY RECOMMEND having Kyle as your rep!

I came to Public Storage because I wanted to find a temporary location for my stuff while I settled in and it was close to where I lived. Let me just say the customer service at this location was outstanding, Dan helped me find exactly what I was looking for in terms of space and convenience. He showed me different storage units, along with their pros and cons and helped me pick out the best one. Needless to say I will use Public Storage for all my future storage needs.

I recommend Public Storage to everyone needing storage space for moving and all other needs. I reserved a unit online and went to the location to finalize the rental. The manager, Cedric, was very helpful. He made the experience quick and easy. He even suggested products that will help protect my belongings during storage. Cedric was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I am glad that I chose Public Storage.

Mr. Zopf is literally one of the nicest, most awesome people I have ever met. From the get go he was very friendly, like he had known me for years. I have rent unit at this location more than ten years. it has great service and very friendly staff. Mayra is the best customer service, she is very very helpful to us when we need open new or close unit. it is not just great location to fit our need, you always feel friendly warm when you walk in the rent office to looking for some help. highly recommend Public Storage in this location!

I had a great experience at Public storage Peachtree Industrial. It was conveniently located from my apartment. Mayra was very helpful in making sure my storage size fit my apartment belongings. She also showed me different sizes and options to make sure I had a visual of my rental. The customer service was very friendly and she even made me a fresh pot of coffee. A definite recommend.

I rent out an storage Unit back on April 1st 2016 for $90.00 per month and 3 months later they higher the price up to $108.00, I called them and what they told me is that there is no contract with this units so they can higher prices up whenever they want. please be sure when you rent an storage unit from them that they let you know about it. just to be prepared.

Yesterday i came in to buy some boxes and Steen was a great help. She told me about the deals that they had and i was able to get the boxes that i needed. Any questions that i had she answered them. She helped me save a lot by buying in bulk. She was very nice and friendly. And whenever i decide to buy a storage room i will definitely be coming back.
